The Primary goal of the Clarksburg-Harrison Regional Housing Authority's resident service programs is to instil life-long learning capabilities in its community members. CHRHA encourages them to accomplish their dreams, do their best and make a positive difference in their community. It is CHRHA's mission to integrate housing with personal development services predicated on a self-sufficiency model by providing access to skills training, education and resources needed for social and economic development. CHRHA also establishes a supportive environment that communicated an expectation that one should strive to become the best they can be.
