Christy Mackaman has over 10 years of appraisal and land use planning experience. She has appraised numerous commercial properties throughout the Twin Cities metro area and Minnesota. She has also appraised properties in Wisconsin, Illinois and North Dakota.
She has consulted on several redevelopment projects in the Twin Cities including the Union Depot project in St. Paul regarding market feasibility.
