She is a member of the American Association of Family Practice, American Medical Association, and Christian Medical and Dental Association. Dr. Thomas says, "I am dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate health care to my patients. I believe in building trusted professional relationships with my patients and their families to help ensure their health and best possible outcomes in their health journey." Committed to contributing her expertise to help local and international communities, Dr. Thomas has volunteered with Global Health Organization in Honduras, the Special Olympics in New Jersey, Mission of Hope, Haiti, Zarephath Medical Mission in Africa, and Operation Smile in Mexico. She is a recipient of the Operation Smile Regan Fellowship. Dr. Thomas has also been awarded the "Top Kids Doctor" in 2019 and 2020. He has actively been involved as a distinguished medical practitioner in Primary Care in the community including informative public presentations, detailed medical publications, and volunteer services in Venezuela. Dr. Albornoz graduated from Jose Maria Vargas School of Medicine in Venezuela. Throughout his career he has worked in Venezuela, Puerto Rico, United States, and a fellowship in Israel. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Dr. Albornoz is a proud member of the American Association of Gastoenterology, American College of Physicians, and the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease (FAASLD). His credentials include distinctions in Civil Surgeon Designation by USCIS, Department of Homeland Security, US Department of transportation and the appointed Medical Director at Bright Future Mental Health. Dr. Christopher Hawk

Dr. Christopher Hawk joined the MSPB Cardiology team as an Interventional Cardiologist in August 2018. He was drawn to join the MSPB Cardiology group because of his strong interest in complex coronary artery and structural heart disease. He was raised in Maryland where he participated in many community activities including Boy Scouts, earning the rank of Eagle Scout. Dr. Hawk went on to complete his undergraduate studies at Boston College, graduating Cum Laude with a major in philosophy. He volunteered his time on campus and in various social programs that supported positive change in under-served populations in the community. Dr. Hawk moved to South Florida in 2007 to attend medical school at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Hawk's passion for service grew during this time with philanthropic efforts in medicine, both in the U.S. and abroad. After completing his Internal Medicine residency at New York's Columbia - New York Presbyterian Hospital in 2014, Dr. Hawk returned to South Florida to complete his Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology fellowships at Jackson Memorial Hospital. He has presented on such topics as Venous Congestion and Aortic Stenosis.

Dr. Christy Baggett

Dr. Christy Baggett was raised in Boca Raton, and she completed her undergraduate career at the University of Florida where she was a member of the Student Honor Organization. She earned her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine where she also completed a pre-doctoral fellowship in Osteopathic Principles and Practice which included an emphasis on the musculoskeletal system and teaching medical students. Dr. Baggett is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She completed residency at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, where she was awarded recognition for Excellence in Scholarly Activity due to research and numerous presentations at national conferences. She was also Chair of the Family Medicine Residency's Wellness Committee. Her areas of interest include musculoskeletal medicine, women's health, and preventive medicine. Her hobbies include exercise, cooking, reading, and learning to play the guitar. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs, Max and Mabel.

Her postdoctoral training was completed at Lenox Hill Hospital as an intern and resident specializing in Internal Medicine, where she was awarded Intern of the Year in 2003 and Resident of the Year in 2005. Ms. Allison Pagan is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with more than 15 years of direct patient care experience. She uses a creative and enthusiastic approach to treating patients using specific diagnostic guidelines in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of various levels of Cardiac illness. After completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Brockport in 1996, she went back to school to begin her nursing career in 2001 where she graduated with an Associate's Degree in Nursing and was admitted into Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. From thereon, Ms. Pagan's professional career has been focused primarily on care for patients in acute settings. She continued her education by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Rochester in 2006. She has since dedicated her career to caring for Cardiac patients with CHF, Coronary Artery and Valve Disease. After nearly a decade as a Cardiac nurse, Ms. Pagan set her sights on achieving her Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and achieved that personal goal in 2015 by graduating from South University. From 2015 to 2018, Ms. Pagan practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner for a large Internal Medicine group.
