Concordia Wellness Projects Inc. (CWPI) was founded in 2004 as a non-profit, registered charitable organization located on The Concordia Campus. CWPI oversees Concordia Villages I, II, III, the Concordia Hip & Knee Institute building and has partnered with Manitoba Housing and Eden Health Care Services in their management of Concordia Village IV. Concordia Village V is currently under construction with 175 assisted living and apartment units being added... Since we opened our doors in February 2006, Concordia Village has been dedicated to the wellness of seniors in our community providing assisted living services to over 300 independent seniors living in 285 suites at Concordia Villages I, II, and III. Concordia Village was established for seniors seeking affordable accommodation.
