Prior to becoming a Sr. Partner with The Consortium, Dave had held several positions during his tenure in the Information Technology Staffing industry, from Sr. Recruiter to Manager of Staffing. His current responsibilities with The Consortium range from internal management and training, to account management, to of course recruiting. Dave grew up in Bergen County, NJ. He received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration from Mary Washington College and has resided in the Washington DC metro area throughout his professional career. His spare time is spent with his family, including two children, and rooting for the New York Yankees and Giants.

Dave Launi is a lifetime local DC area resident with a BA degree in Communication Arts from Salisbury State University. Dave has over 30 years of progressive experience in the IT staff augmentation industry with particular expertise to include new business development, account management, recruitment, negotiations, win/win situations and overall revenue generation. In his spare time, Dave enjoys tennis, card games of all kinds, is a self proclaimed "two left feet dancer" and suffers each year as a Redskins fan.

David is one of the Senior Partners at The Consortium and he has over 18 years of Technical Recruiting, Staffing and Account Management experience. He started his career as a Technical Recruiter and progressed to Recruiting Manager and then ultimately to Director of Staffing for the mid-Atlantic operations before venturing out to start The Consortium. At The Consortium he is focused on ensuring that both individuals and clients find the best fit for their needs, and establishing successful relationships. He grew up in McLean, VA and received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration from Mary Washington College. In his spare time he is a little league baseball coach and his golf game is a work in progress.

Debbie has over a decade of experience providing Information Technology Services to clients throughout the Washington, DC area. Her dedication and ability to understand different I.T. systems and different business models enables her to quickly win the trust of clients. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Debbie is now a TERP who has crossed the Potomac to reside in Northern Virginia. Debbie is a youth sports enthusiast and mother of three.

Lawrence has been working as a professional recruiter since 2013 and graduated with a bachelor's degree from St. John's University in Queens, NY. He has found his niche in technical recruiting and is thoroughly enjoying his career path at the Consortium. When he's not at work you can find him somewhere in the outdoors or working with his volunteer group.

Leah joined The Consortium as a Technical Recruiter in 2007. She came from a financial services background, and has vast experience with customer service and account management. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. She enjoys throwing pottery, reading, and cooking for her family and friends. She is also the go-to person in the office for pop culture information.

Michael has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology staffing industry working his way from Technical Recruiter to Director of Recruiting Operations. Now as Senior Partner he wears many hats from management to recruiting to finance and operations. Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson State University. When Michael is not working you might find him attending a concert or fishing somewhere.

Noelle has worked in the Information Technology Staffing industry for over 16 years. As a Senior Partner, Noelle manages and maintains our Client Services division and continues to interface with our customers. She has her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland. Noelle has two kids that keep her very busy! She loves to go camping, loves the theater and enjoys going to concerts! Her all-time favorite musician is Bruce Springsteen!
