Mr. Keenan has over twenty-six years of experience in all aspects of the land surveying profession. Currently, he is active in the daily field and office operations. He is directly involved with the preparation of Title Surveys, Topographic Surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Engineering Surveys for site design, FEMA and elevation certificates, Global Positioning Satellite Surveys, wetland and subdivision mapping. He also coordinates surveying services on various construction projects. Prior to that, Mr. Keenan has worked for the firm as a survey technician for the Surveying Department and as a Field Crew Party Chief. His Land Surveying knowledge is supplemented with a variety of continuing education seminars, some of which are as follows: Boundary Law and Evidence, FEMA and Elevation Certificates, Wetland Law and Global Positioning Satellite Surveys.
