As President of Delta Land Development, Bruce has been in the real estate and development industry for over 35 years. With a passion for building community and a desire to lead the development industry to a net zero future, he believes that we shape our buildings, and afterward, they shape us.
His love of the West Coast brings out the best in everything he does and perfectly matches the Delta Land philosophy of developing distinctive projects that enhance the community. Under his leadership the company has quickly earned a reputation for creating buildings above and beyond the ordinary.
Deanna joined the Delta team in 2007 and has been in the real estate and development industry for over 25 years, having worked with other local developers and architectural companies.
As Development Manager, Deanna works closely with the entire Delta team through all aspects of the development process from conception to completion, project management, procurement, helping to ensure project dreams are achieved.
Jaime joined the Delta team in 2006 and is an essential part of the finance team as assistant to the Director of Finance.
Jaime manages all the Delta accounting, information systems and administrative matters for the group including all financial management and reporting. Jaime also assists all other management team members for any task requiring additional hands on.
Prior to joining the Delta Group in 2008, Janet worked for other international property companies bringing 15 years of experience with her.
Lori has been an integral part of the management team and is involved in all financial aspects of the group's high-profile development projects, bringing over 30 years of experience in the development and property management industry.
As Director of Finance, Lori oversees all finance, accounting, information systems and administrative matters for the group including all financial management and financial reporting and participates with other management team members in the decision-making process.
Before becoming the Chairman of Delta Land Development Ltd. and Managing Director of the Delta Group, Tony worked at the London office of Ernst & Young. In 1990 he returned to Singapore, his home base, to oversee the management of the Delta companies.
Tony is a seasoned executive offering more than 30 years of experience in real estate development, international financial markets, and operational experience focused on business performance which complement his leadership role. Tony has B.Sc. Economics and M.Sc. Economics degrees and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountancy of England & Wales.
Yvonne joined Delta in 2010 to lead the Private Residences at Hotel Georgia sales team and quickly established herself as an integral part of the Delta Group as Managing Broker of Delta Realty Services.
Yvonne has been in Marketing and Sales in the real estate and development industry for over 25 years and has worked with a number of leading development companies. Her thoughtful manner and desire to help clients sets her apart by ensuring purchasers are cared for from their initial inquiry through the completion of the purchase of their new home.
