When Karen and Jim DeSorrento's only son, and Suraya DeSorrento's only brother was killed in an automobile accident on July 17, 1997, the DeSorrento family formed The DeSo Foundation to remember and celebrate Justin Andrew DeSorrento's extraordinary life. Jim, Karen and Suraya knew that with hard work and determination, Justin's passions and dreams could continue to be realized by helping others.
