Andrew attended Loyola University Chicago for a bachelor's degree in Political Science. Andrew joined CIIB in August, 2020. Outside of CIIB, Andrew enjoys listening to music and spending time with family.

Education: Hayley graduated from Heartland Community College in 2017 with an associates degree in Science and a license for Physical Therapy Assistance.
Trainings & Certifications: In 2019 she became certified in pelvic floor therapy, training in Vestibular, manual techniques, and women's health.
Professional Affiliations: Hayley currently serves in an advisory role for the Heartland Community College physical therapy assistant program from which she graduated.
Background: Hayley has been with CIIB since February 2018. She was drawn to physical therapy because she wanted to help others and says "it's in my soul to care for people." Hayley appreciates working with patients because "nothing is more gratifying than feeling appreciated by others and feeling like you serve a purpose." Outside of her professional life, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family. She is married and has two beautiful daughters.
Heidi attended business school in Pennsylvania and Illinois Central College for dance, business management, and marketing. She then attended Healthy Connections School of Massage to become a licensed massage therapist. Later, Heidi returned to ICC to become a physical therapy assistant. She was interested in this career path due to her familial connections with holistic medicine, past familial injuries, and her passion for helping people live a better life without pain. Outside of CIIB, Heidi enjoys theatre and the arts, spending time with her family and grandkids, and spending time with nature.
Jen attended school at Southern Illinois University for a bachelor's of science and Northwestern University for a doctoral degree in Audiology. Jen's primary employment is at Illinois State University as a clinical educator in the speech and hearing clinic and has been conducting testing at CIIB since July 2017. Outside of working at CIIB, Jen's favorite hobbies include traveling with friends, playing with her children, and reading sci-fi/fantasy novels.

Poonam McAllister, CIIB's founder, has always had a passion for healing. As a young girl growing up in Mumbai, India, she was always drawn to the needs of others who were hurting in some way. She was told her hands had healing and she always dreamt of being a doctor - a pediatrician specifically.
Poonam attended school at Seth G. S. Medical College in Bombay, India for a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Poonam opened CIIB in 2007. Although she was introduced to the field of physical therapy accidentally, she knows she is in the right profession because she loves getting to know peoples' stories and supporting them through their time of healing. Outside of CIIB, Poonam enjoys spending time with her children, walking outdoors, engaging with Bible Study Fellowship and other local religious organizations.
Robin has enjoyed practicing Occupational Therapy for 26 years. Robin loves helping patients function in their daily activities whether their "occupation" be at work, school, sports or time with grandchildren. Robin got her degree from St Ambrose University in Davenport, IA. She specializes in hand therapy (she loves making splints) and is certified in ergonomics and in the LSVT Big program for Parkinson's and movement disorders. In her free time, Robin stays busy with volunteering at church, Jazzercise, playing games/cards, travel and her favorite: spending time with family, especially her own two grandbabies.
