Kimberly Baylor was born and raised in Newtown, Virginia. She is a graduate of King & Queen Central High School. Kim loves the creativity of planning beautiful events and has an eye for design detail. Kim lives in Richmond, Virginia with her two handsome sons.

Melissa Coles was born in London, England as the daughter of an Air Force father and later settled in King & Queen County as a teenager. A graduate of the University of Virginia, she enjoys transforming events from concept to fabulous affairs. Melissa lives in Richmond, Virginia with her two beautiful daughters and son. Kimberly and Melissa met in high school and became friends when they both joined the cheering squad. Years later they became business partners and started Elite Event Management LLC. With a combined 15 years of experience, Kim and Melissa offer a unique style when it comes to wedding planning and event design. Their way of adding personal touches comes straight from the personalities of the clients they work with. It's not about replicating a style but exploring ideas and planning an event theme that is truly one of a kind.
