Alvin T. DeTorres, M.D., joined The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 2020. Dr. DeTorres is seeing patients at our Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, and Central Orlando offices.
Dr. DeTorres is fellowship-trained in Otology-Neurotology from the University of Utah School of Medicine. His practice focuses on treating patients with ear problems and he also welcomes patients with all general otolaryngology issues. His areas of expertise include medical and surgical care of hearing loss, chronic ear disease, auditory prostheses including cochlear implants, as well as care of tinnitus and dizziness. He works collaboratively with neurosurgery, neurology, audiology, and physical therapy to provide multidisciplinary care to patients with otologic and neurotologic problems. He has published research on hearing loss, cochlear implants, and acoustic neuromas and has presented his work at national meetings.
Dr. DeTorres is a native of Central Florida. He is board-eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Alyssa Madanick, PA-C, joined The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 2022.
She has clinical training in a multitude of disciplines and focuses her practice in emergency medicine and otolaryngology. She has advanced experience as an urgent care and emergency physician assistant working in hospital settings. Alyssa's main role at the practice is to provide direct patient care and assist our physicians in surgical procedures.
She is also an active member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA) and holds BLS/PALS/ACLS/DOT/Botox certifications. When she's not caring for patients at the practice, Alyssa volunteers her time at Shephard's Hope, a free clinic dedicated to providing medical care to uninsured and underprivileged patients.

Bibi Farida Hussain, PA-C, joined The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 2013. She has clinical training in a wide variety of disciplines and focuses her practice in adult and pediatric otolaryngology, with a focus in Otology. Her primary roles within the practice include direct patient care, assisting our physicians in surgical procedures, and providing inpatient ENT care at AdventHealth hospitals. Additionally, she is the Assistant Chief of PAs and serves in a leadership capacity within the practice, and is a superuser for our Electronic Medical Records software program.

Brianna Tenorio, PA-C, joined The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 2022.
She has clinical training in a wide variety of medical disciplines and focuses her practice on otolaryngology and neurological conditions. She has an extensive background in neurodegenerative disease and has worked with Alzheimer's patients in the past. Her primary roles within the practice include direct patient care and assisting our physicians in surgical procedures. She provides both English and Spanish language services to patients.
In addition, Brianna holds BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications. She is an active member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA) and American Academy of Physician Assistants. Brianna has also received several awards from Bioclinica Research for her research and leadership roles.

Dr. Aftab H. Patni joined The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 2004 and focuses on otology, neurotology and skull base surgery.
He currently serves as the Medical Director of the Vestibular Rehabilitation Center at Florida Hospital in addition to his teaching positions as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences for the Florida State University College of Medicine and as an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology for the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. Throughout his career he has been involved in various research projects with numerous publications and presentations around the country to his credit.
Dr. Patni is board certified in Neurotology and Otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha, the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the American College of Surgeons and the American Neurotology Society.

Dr. Brian C. Spector joined The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 2001 and focuses his practice on adult and pediatric otolaryngology as well as skull-based tumors.
Since 2004, he has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at the Florida State University College of Medicine. Throughout his career, he has been involved in various research and teaching roles with numerous publications and presentations around the country to his credit. He has also been consistently named as one of the area's "Top Doctors" by Orlando Magazine.

Dr. Henry N. Ho serves as Co-Director of the Head and Neck Program of the Florida Hospital Cancer Institute. His practice includes all aspects of otolaryngology with a special emphasis on head and neck tumors.
He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the American College of Surgeons and the American Head and Neck Society.
