At e-Tran Shine, when a multimedia localization project is received our localization engineer first analyzes the source files and reports to the project manager. Our project manager assigns task and responsibility with reasonable deadline to respective departments. Programs and creative scripts go to our system engineer, artworks end up at our DTP Specialist desk, and voice over sound files that require dubbing are processed at our studio. The final output from each department will be integrated and later tested by our QA/QC testing engineer before final demo is sent to our client. When approved by our client, then our final localized product is released.
