Daniel H. Ginsborg

Daniel Ginsborg is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), degreed in Biochemisry/Biology and Industrial Hygiene. He has over 23 years experience in the comprehensive practice of industrial hygiene, safety and loss control. He adds expertise and experience in industrial hygiene, occupational health and safety, asbestos and lead management, management of environmental hazards, instrumentation technology, and technical systems development. While working for Global Risk Consultants, Dan Ginsborg directed the provision of occupational health and safety consulting for the public sector and private clients. Daniel Ginsborg developed and provided extensive studies and programs for a diverse client base including Boeing, Owens-Corning, Rockwell, Los Angeles County, Santa Catalina Island Company, ADM, Cargil, AIG, Republic National, the United States Government, the State of California and many others. While working for the State Compensation Insurance Fund, Mr. Ginsborg provided loss control services to insured's, reducing employee exposure to workplace hazards; managed the Southern California Industrial Hygiene Unit; oversaw the professional practices development of 135 loss control representatives and 26 managers. While at the State Fund, he gained extensive experience in a variety of industrial and manufacturing operations. Concurrent with Mr. Ginsborg's State Fund experience, he was an adjunct professor and instructor at the University of Southern California graduate program for occupational safety and health. He is also a corporate author of the Industrial Hygiene Laboratory Manual and Reference published by the University of Southern California. Prior to the State Fund, Mr. Ginsborg was technical manager/project engineer for Hall-Kimbrell Environmental Services. He managed construction inspectors, engineers, and industrial hygienists during asbestos identification, engineering, and remediation projects.

George Valverde

George Valverde is a California Certified Site Surveillance Technician with extensive experience conducting asbestos and lead inspections at commercial, residential, and school properties. Mr. Valverde also has experience providing indoor air quality monitoring and conducting project monitoring services related to the abatement, repair, or clean-up of asbestos, lead, and mold projects. In addition, he has experience providing support for mercury spill investigations at school properties.

Mr. Wil Medina

Mr. Wil Medina is a California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal/OSHA) Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) since 1998; and a Department of Health Services (DHS) Lead Certified Project Monitor and Inspector/Assessor since 1998. He has extensive experience conducting asbestos, lead, and mold inspections at commercial, residential, and school properties. Wil Medina has also conducted many project monitoring services related to the abatement, repair, and/or clean-up of asbestos, lead, and mold projects.

Rob Hill

While in the United States Air Force, Rob Hill served as Occupational Safety & Health Manager. He administered and managed occupational safety and health programs for approximately 10,000 employees; reviewed blueprints; conducted mishap investigation; evaluated hazards; prescribed abatement actions; prepared checklists and final reports; reviewed employee compensation claims; prepared reports for DOL and DOSH; directly supervised safety professionals, environmental technicians and safety and health personnel. Mr. Hill has provided client consultation with CAL/OSHA, EPA and the South Coast Air Quality Management District. He was Project Oversight Manager for major renovation and construction projects; developed specification standards and health & safety procedures. Rob Hill is also a Certified NIOSH Laboratory Technician. Rob Hill was a professional consultant for environmental issues including indoor air quality, asbestos, radon and safety and health decisions. He implemented policies and procedures with the best A/E professional practices; supervised field technicians on work practices; served as client liaison during project conception and completion; provided logistics scheduling and field decisions. Mr. Hill has audited surveys; managed asbestos and lead abatement projects; building renovation and construction projects; developed health and safety procedures and project specifications. He served as an expert witness for legal firms regarding building defect cases, earthquake claims, condominium/ homeowner cases, etc.

Timothy "Tim" D. Galeana

Mr. Tim Galeana is a California Certified Asbestos Consultant and Lead Professional. He has amassed more than 18 years of professional and managerial experience in the environmental field as a company director, consultant, project manager, operations manager and technician specializing in asbestos concerns, hazardous waste management, environmental site assessment, indoor air quality and lead concerns. While Director for an environmental consulting firm, he was responsible for all aspects of the company's day to day operations, which included scheduling, maintaining field staff work practices, project development, report generation and client relations. Tim Galeana has extensive project management experience, providing bidding, specification site investigation and construction services in the asbestos and lead arena. Mr. Galeana was the primary project manager, providing dedicated environmental consulting services to a large number of Southern California school districts. Tim Galeana also has experience as an abatement contractor, supervising the removal of hazardous material on various residential and commercial properties.

Vicki Uchida

Vicki Uchida is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI). She has over 15 years of experience in the comprehensive practice of industrial hygiene, safety and loss control. She adds expertise in industrial hygiene, occupational health and safety, management of environmental hazards, instrumentation technology, indoor air quality and risk management. While working for Poms & Associates Insurance Brokers, Ms. Uchida was a risk management consultant contracted to the Alliance of Schools for Cooperative Insurance Programs (ASCIP) where she was assigned to several school districts and a community college to provide risk management and safety consulting. She provided service in property, liability, workers' compensation, risk management, loss control, and environmental health and safety management. While working for AIG Consultants, Inc. as a Senior Product Line Consultant, Vicki Uchida provided loss control services to insureds to minimize loss exposures. She worked with reducing employee exposure to workplace hazards and performed EHS audits/inspections including loss analysis, industrial hygiene and ergonomics. She also provided consulting services regarding change management, behavioral safety and organizational development. Priot to AIG Consultants, Vicki Uchida was an industrial hygienist for Drucker Health & Safety Management, Inc. providing environmental health and safety consulting to insureds.
