Carol is a Senior Manager working in Audit, Advisory & Accounting Services. She joined the firm in 2010 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013. She specialises in the provision of Audit, Accountancy and Outsourcing services to clients across all sectors and is a Registered Individual (RI) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Carol is also a registered Tax Consultant with the Irish Taxation Institute. Carol has extensive experience in the Franchising, Healthcare, Construction, Professional services, Retail and Pension Fund sectors. She has significant experience in Auditing and Accounting services and also manages our Outsourced Accounting services. In addition she provides Tax planning and compliance services across our client base. Qualifications: Carol is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Registered Tax Consultant. She holds a BA Hons in Accounting (BA (Hons)Acc), a Higher Diploma in Education (H-DipEd) and an Masters in Accounting (MA Acc).

Helena is a director of taxation services. Helena joined GKS in 2008 and specialises in providing taxation consultancy and compliance services to both corporate and individual clients. Prior to joining the firm she worked as a director in VAT services in a big four firm. Helena works extensively with clients across all sectors, specialising in both individual and corporate tax planning and compliance, Retirement and estate planning, M&A transactions, VAT advisory services, property transactions with particular expertise in VAT on property transactions, revenue audits and enquiries. Qualifications: Helena is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland (FCA) and a registered Tax Consultant with the Irish Taxation Institute (CTA). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) and Masters in Accounting (M.Acc) from UCD.

Liam is a partner in our Audit, Advisory and Accounting services. He joined the firm in 2005 and became partner in 2009. Prior to joining the firm Liam worked as a Financial Controller in a large group in the Retail and Hospitality sector. Liam specialises in providing Audit, Advisory, Outsourcing and specialist Financial Planning Advisory services to a diverse range of clients. Liam has extensive experience in the Franchising, Construction, Retail, Technology, Healthcare, Professional services and Pension Fund Sectors. He has significant experience in Auditing and Accounting services for both domestic enterprises and Irish subsidiaries of overseas multinationals. In recent years, he has worked extensively in the areas of Strategic Planning and Financial Modelling for an International Franchise and undertaken significant work on M&A Transactions and Commercial Negotiations. Qualifications: Liam is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland (FCCA).

Tony is a partner in our Audit, Advisory and Accounting services and heads up our Tax practice. He joined the firm in 1981, working across all disciplines and became a partner in 1988. Tony is a highly experienced business professional providing Audit, Accounting, Tax and Advisory services to a broad range of clients particularly, Large Corporates, SMEs and Individuals. Tony has significant experience in the Retail, Healthcare, Franchising, Construction, Hospitality, Professional Services and Not for Profit Sectors. He overseas the provision of Auditing and Business services for domestic companies and Irish subsidiaries of multinational groups and has a wealth of experience in providing specialist Financial Advisory, Strategic Business planning and Commercial Negotiation Services. As head of our Tax Team he provides both compliance and consultancy solutions to both Corporate and Individual clients with significant experience in M&A transactions, Corporate and Individual Tax planning. Qualifications: Tony holds a B.Sc. (Mgmt.) from Trinity College Dublin. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Yvonne is a Senior Manager in Audit, Accountancy and Advisory Services. She joined the firm in 2018. Prior to working in GKS Yvonne worked as an Audit Manager in a large practice in the South East. She has nearly twenty years practice experience and specialises in the provision of Audit, Accountancy and Advisory services. Yvonne is a Registered Individual (RI) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Yvonne has extensive experience in the Franchising, Healthcare, Construction, Retail, Hospitality, Technology and Not for Profit Sectors. She has particular experience in Audit, Accounting & Tax services and also manages our Outsourced Accounting services. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the accounting profession and deals with the needs of a broad range of businesses from large groups to sole traders.
