Mr. Jahnle co-founded Haverford Healthcare Advisors in 1994 and has over 35 years of transaction advisory and business valuation experience. During his career, Chris has worked on numerous business valuation and transaction advisory engagements involving business entities in the healthcare services industry. He has originated and completed transactions with a combined value in excess of $2.5 billion. Since 1989, Chris has been an Accredited Senior Appraiser ("ASA") and Member of the American Society of Appraisers, where he is designated in the specialty of business valuation. He is also a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia; the CFA Institute; the Clinical Laboratory Management Association; the Medical Group Management Association, and the Radiology Business Management Association.

Jude Coughlin joined Haverford Healthcare Advisors as an Associate in 2022 and has worked on several business valuation and transaction advisory projects for clients in the healthcare services industry. Prior to joining Haverford, Jude worked as a senior accountant analyst at a financial services firm for one year and was a Financial Services Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for two years. Mr. Rebane co-founded Haverford Healthcare Advisors in 1994. Kirk has over 25 years of business valuation advisory and transaction advisory experience, having completed projects during that time for more than 2,500 business entities. During his career as a valuation expert, he has valued companies throughout the U.S. and in other countries with a combined value in excess of $50 billion. He has originated and completed numerous transactions and has worked with healthcare businesses to solve issues critical to all of the stakeholders of the healthcare organizations. He has directed the preparation of valuation projects, and/or testified, in numerous litigation support actions. Experience In 2006, Mr. Rebane co-founded Aurora Diagnostics, LLC, a national anatomic pathology laboratory company headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Today, Aurora Diagnostics is the largest independent pathology company in the country, with net revenue approaching $300 million. From 2006 through present, Haverford initiated and completed 26 acquisitions of pathology practices and laboratories on behalf of Aurora Diagnostics as its exclusive buy-side advisor. Education Kirk holds a BA in Statistics from Dartmouth College, as well as an MS in Finance from Drexel University. His education has been supplemented by numerous professional education courses. Professional Certifications And Affiliations Mr. Rebane is a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), where he is designated in the specialty of business valuations and is a former member of the International Board of Examiners of the ASA. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of various professional organizations, including the CFA Society of Philadelphia, the CFA Institute, the Estate Planning Council of Philadelphia, the American Pathology Foundation, the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), the Northeast Chapter of the RBMA, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mr. Rebane currently serves on the Board of Directors of the RBMA and is a Past-President of the Northeast Chapter of the RBMA. He also serves on the Finance Committee of the RBMA and the Board of Directors of the Northeast Chapter of the RBMA. Kirk speaks regularly at healthcare industry conferences and has published numerous articles in healthcare publications. Mr. Rebane has participated in numerous charitable organizations over the last ten years including the Bryn Mawr Rehab Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Organization, and the Mother's Wish Foundation. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Bryn Mawr Rebab Foundation, and for many years, was on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Dartmouth Alumni Association, including serving as President for two terms.

Mr. Jarden joined Haverford Healthcare Advisors in 2016. Mr. Jarden has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having completed projects for more than 500 business entities. Since joining Haverford Healthcare Advisors, he has worked on a broad range of business valuation and transaction advisory projects for clients in the healthcare industry. Experience Mr. Jarden has substantial experience in valuing pathology, toxicology and clinical laboratories; specialty physician practices including veterinarians, otolaryngologists (ENT) and gastroenterology (GI) practices; and facility-based healthcare service providers including autism centers and adult day care centers, among other healthcare services companies. Education Mr. Jarden holds a BS from Cornell University. His education has been supplemented by numerous continuing professional education courses. Professional Certifications And Affiliations Mr. Jarden is an accredited senior appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers designated in business valuation and is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). He is also the former President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the ASA. In addition, he is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and the CFA Institute.
