Eunice has worked with Humphreys Appraisal Services Inc. since 2022 as an office manager/research assistant with numerous responsibilities. Eunice assists the commercial team with extensive research, data management, and office administration tasks. Eunice is considered an essential part of our appraisal team.
James has worked with Humphreys Appraisal Services Inc. since early 2021 working as a research assistant while completing his degree. In July of 2023, James regi stered as a Candidate Member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has completed residential appraisal assignments for numerous financial institutions, mortgage brokers, private le nders, and private individuals for varying purposes. James is currently working towards attaining his CRA designation and becoming a fully accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
