Joy is the founder of Image Avenue and a Certified Image Consultant and Etiquette Trainer. She is certified by First Impressions, a leading image consultancy based in UK, Cambridge. She has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ATAC), a WDA qualification and Certificate in Personal Makeup & Hairstyling. She is also a Certified Trainer by People's Association.
