Andy Odorzynski

Andy joined Induron in 2016 and works from Louisville to manage the Kentucky and Indiana region. Before coming to Induron, Andy spent the first 15 years of his career on the contracting side of the coatings industry. Beginning a painting apprenticeship after high school, Andy traveled across the country getting hands-on experience with blasting and painting projects. After earning his NACE Level 3 certification, Andy became an in-house quality inspector for one of the nation's leading storage tank manufacturers. During his time there, Andy worked on various teams estimating, selling, and managing coatings projects. Andy studied at the University of Louisville earning his BS in Finance and an MBA on his nights and weekends. In 2010 he became one of less than 200 SSPC Certified Protective Coatings Specialists in the country. He is also an SSPC Certified Concrete Coatings Inspector as well as a C3 Lead Removal Competent Person.

Ben Rowland

Ben joined Induron in 2006 and currently serves as Induron's Technical Service Director. Prior to his current position, Ben worked as a Sales and Service manager in Alabama and Mississippi assessing projects, developing specifications and inspecting coatings application. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds several certifications including: NACE Certified Coatings Inspector-Level III, SSPC Certified Protective Coatings Specialist and SSPC Certified Concrete Coatings Inspector.

Chris Rowell

Chris joined Induron in 2009 and works from Birmingham where he oversees Induron's efforts both nationally and internationally in the ductile iron and steel pipe markets. Prior to coming to Induron, Chris worked in a similar capacity as a manufacturer's representative in the construction industry. Chris is also one of several multi-generational employees here at Induron(Chris' father Ron Rowell has worked at Induron for 40 years.)

After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Joey began his career working as a Project Manager for Pittsburg Tank & Tower Maintenance Division for four years before transitioning to their Elevated Division that was purchased by Phoenix Fabricators & Erectors. He would go on to serve in a variety of roles for Phoenix over the next 15 years - initially Project Manager for nine years, Chief Development Officer for five years, and ultimately Operations Manager of Structural Concrete for one year. A member of AWWA and Steel Tank Institute / Steel Plate Fabricators Association, he serves as Business Development Manager for Induron

Kendall has been in the coatings industry since 1982, and has served as industrial sales rep, technical service rep, marketing manager, market manager, national sales manager, VP of sales, and AE specifications team member. He has been involved with technical committees in the power, pulp and paper, waste water, industrial finishes, et. al.. Kendall joined Induron in 2009 as the Power Market Manager, focusing on the electric transmission and substation sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Maine in 1981, attended the University of Connecticut after that, and joined the coatings industry during graduate school. He is a NACE Certified Coatings Inspector-Level II, and has attended many technical, marketing, and sales courses over the decades for many different markets.

Nick Jones

Nick joined Induron in 2017 and works from Birmingham to manage the Alabama and Mississippi region. Before coming to Induron, Nick spent the first 16 years of his career working on large commercial/architectural and light industrial projects for other manufacturers in the coatings industry.

Paul Powers

Paul joined Induron in 2016 and works from St. Louis to manage the Missouri and Illinois region along with some key accounts in Iowa and South Dakota. Before coming to Induron, Paul spent over 34 years in the Industrial Coatings industry, specifying, selling coatings, and as a sales manager for a wide variety of large industrial accounts and infrastructure projects. Paul is also a NACE Certified Coatings Inspector and is a current member of the CIP Application Review Board.

Steve Freed

After graduating with a BS in Materials Science & Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Steve worked for both a steel pipe manufacturer and a ductile iron pipe manufacturer in various roles, ranging from quality, technical services, and sales manager. During that time he earned an MBA from Temple University and a Professional Engineering license in the state of New Jersey. Just before joining Induron, Steve worked for a specialty coating applicator staring in 2012 as Technical Sales Director and in 2016 was promoted to Vice President. Steve joined Induron in 2022 as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager, based in suburban Philadelphia, and that same year he earned the AMPP Senior Certified Coating Inspector/NACE CIP Level 3 Certification.

Tex Enoch

Tex began his career working for his father after servicing as a junior Naval Officer during the Vietnam War. He became president of Pennsbury Coatings in 1985 and continued his career as the Water Tank Market Manager for MAB Paints, the Tnemec and Carboline Companies before joining Induron in 2007. He continues to concentrate on the water tank market for Induron in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. He has been a member of SSPC and AWWA for over 40 years and also has served on the board of the Steel Tank Institute/Steel Plate Fabricators Association where he continues to be part of the Field Erected Tank Section's traveling education seminar

William "Bill" Seawell

William "Bill" Seawell joined the Induron team as Technical Service Manager in 2021. Bill graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in chemistry in 2012. During his time there, Bill worked on novel coatings resin systems-mostly in the defense and military space with an emphasis on marine and anti-foulant coatings. Since then, Bill has acquired industry experience as a research chemist, failure analyst and technical service engineer. Bill now works closely with Induron's customers, sales force, chemist and outside engineers to develop solutions for unsolved problems.
