iE&D Solutions was founded in January 2006 by René Lenssen International Consulting and Thijs van Vugt from Thoisy Consultancy, both of whom had held senior positions at universities and in private consultancy. Together they offered specialised theoretical and practical knowledge based on creativity, 50 years of combined experience in international higher education and well-developed global networks.
