Casey Landreth

Casey has been a web designer and programmer for the past 15 years, designing customized sites and programs for both institutional and small business clients. Casey's lifelong passion for art and design led him to study computer graphic design, initially specializing in 3D animation, later developing a talent for user interfaces. Among other things, Casey has built sophisticated content management systems and workflow administration tools used by media companies to manage their multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Chris Muldrow

Chris has worked in digital media since 1995. In a previous life, you would have known him as the Vice President for Technolgy and Interactive for CNHI, where he created 126 newspaper websites as well as the corporate site, classified ad system, text ad delivery software, and blogging software. He also helped build Fredericksburg.com and worked with local businesses to establish their online brands. Chris is a writer, programmer, IT geek, numbers nerd, strategist, husband and dad. He lives in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Gillian Floren - CEO, Founder

Gillian brings to ITZ extensive experience in communications and publishing, business, economic development and higher education. She has served as editor in chief of an award-winning news weekly in North Carolina and a monthly business magazine in Oregon, at the latter becoming its publisher. She's also served as the CEO of the economic development group Greenlight Greater Portland. Gillian has taught at the University of Asmara in Eritrea, Africa, and at Linfield College in Oregon and has served as chief of staff at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. She co-founded ITZ with Greg Swanson in 2005. Gillian hikes, skis, bicycles and runs, always relishing time outdoors.

Greg Swanson

Greg is a digital sales and management expert and opinion leader on media and digital marketing. He's known by clients and colleagues nationwide for his deep expertise in online media and his penchant for bringing diverse and innovative ideas to the table. Greg has served as digital director Lee Enterprises and 10/13 Communications. He also co-founded The Insiders' Guides and was a founding staff member of the Independent Weekly in Durham, N.C. Greg is a partner and co-owner of the OBXGuides and Tahoe.com. He lives in Portland, Oregon.

Kayce Marty

Kayce brings creativity, analytical thinking and eight years of client service and account management experience to ITZ. Previously an account manager at Sq1 in Portland, Kayce earned her clients' abiding trust by serving them through all stages of their projects and campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution and analysis. She led internal teams as well, focusing on SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, traditional media, creative and web development. Kayce lives in Portland with her husband and two youngsters.

Mercer Hanau

Mercer draws upon her experience as an artist in traditional and digital media to create compelling designs that help clients' unique messages stand out across platforms. With a background in fine art galleries, literary magazine publications, freelance graphic design, and interning for the City of Palo Alto Public Art Program, Mercer's focus is on local storytelling and the power of visual communication. Mercer is based in Seattle, where she enjoys getting her hands messy with printmaking ink and baking while listening to audiobooks.

Ramzy Jallad

Ramzy comes to ITZ as a recent Portland State University graduate, with a major in marketing and focus in digital marketing. While pursuing his degree, Ramzy also worked in customer service roles, most recently at Columbia Sportwear, where he honed his talent for listening and problem solving. When Ramzy isn't working, he enjoys hiking, walking the streets of Portland, and loafing at home with his two cat children, Abby and Potato.

Sam Price

Samantha Price is a Communication and Digital Studies major at the University of Mary Washington. In her web design work, she brings a passion for tackling problems that stem from real needs and incorporating user-centered design to devise solutions. When she isn't working, you're likely to find Sam on the Ultimate Frisbee field, or with her guitar in hand, or at a piano singing favorite covers or occasional originals. She is a member of an acapella group and is the online editor of her college paper.

Taylor Sisk

Besides bringing an astute eye to monitoring all active campaigns, Taylor is a journalist and marketing communications expert. Among the publications he's written for are Kaiser Health News, USA Today, MedPage Today, San Francisco Weekly and Duke Magazine. Marketing communications clients have included the Social Science Research Council, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency, the UNC Kenan-Flagler School of Business, SAS and Cisco. Taylor lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
