JDC Construction, Inc. is one of the original "Green Builders". In addition to our Hybrid Home Building System* designs, we are currently launching a new division called Zero Carbon Homes which will combine passive solar design, solar cell roofing, and if so desired, wind power. Optimally we envision an average home with net-Zero heating and electric bills. Our current Hybrid Homes achieve 40% lower heating bills and at least 60% lower electric bills... The owner, Jeffrey Combelic, has been in the building industry for over 35 years and performs work throughout Boulder County and surrounding areas.
