Anne uses a existential-humanistic and integrative approach, which incorporates all the different therapies which she has studied; Gestalt, Existential Therapy, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy and Mindfulness.
She is an advocate for Mental Health Services and believes that Psychotherapy and Counselling should be accessible to all, which inspired her to establish the Johnstown Therapy Centre in 2002.
Anne firmly believes that once people are given the right environment to address issues, they can explore and understand their difficulties in a new light, discover strengths within themselves to make any changes they may feel are appropriate, discover supports and resources that are open to them and also become more aware of their own potential and ability to cope and empower themselves.
She is currently a lead facilitator on the Diploma in Supervision: Gestalt Relational Model at the Dublin Gestalt Centre. Having been involved in the course since 2015, she introducing creative aspects to the training and has a keen interest on how Art & Creative methods can enrich the Supervision Experience. She has also completed further training in the area of Relationship Counselling, Suicide Intervention, Loss & Bereavement, Bullying, Harassment, Self-Development, Assertiveness, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Critical Incident, Stress Management, PTSD, Group Facilitation, Play Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy, and has received a Certificate of Distinction on completing Hibernian's "Train the Trainer" course and is also involved in running workshops.
She has been involved in teaching over the years including lecturing at PCI College Dublin, designing the PCI syllabus for their Masters Degree in Working with Child & Adolescent Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Anne has also worked as Head of Counselling and Clinical Supervisor for the Dublin Well Woman Centre, gaining great experience in the area of Women's Sexual Health and Crisis Pregnancy.

Bruce is a Clanwilliam Institute trained Systemic Family Therapist. He is accredited to work with Individuals, Couples, Families and Adolescents. He has experience helping people with a range of difficulties including: Family & relationship issues, relationship conflict, sexual problems, stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement and more.
Bruce's primary degree is a BA in Philosophy from The Milltown Institute, upon completing this, he embarking on a successful 9-year career in financial services. He worked as a financial consultant in several different brokerages around Dublin, helping people with their personal finance. He realised that it was helping people rather than finance that he really enjoyed, so he went back to education to train as a psychotherapist.
He completed a Higher Diploma in Psychology in the Dublin Business School and then went on to do a Masters in Systemic Family Psychotherapy in the Clanwilliam Institute.
He has worked in two therapy centres during the course of his training, The Clanwilliam Institute and Genesis Psychotherapy Services in Blanchardstown. He has volunteered for the Clanwilliam Institute doing therapy with primary and secondary school kids, as part of a schools completion program based in Crumlin, at Bray Living Life, which is a low cost therapy centre and for many years with Aware as a support group facilitator. He is the current Director of Johnstown Therapy Centre.
His approach endeavours to understand people's problems in a relational context. Working collaboratively with clients to find alternative ways to understand their difficulties - seeking the solution that makes a positive difference to their lives.

Judi is a DBS trained psychotherapist with an honours BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She also holds qualifications from UCD in the psychology of communication skills and applied social studies and is a certified family mediator.
Judi works from an integrative perspective, which is grounded in a
training which is psychodynamic, person centred and also incorporates training in family systems. The areas she works with include communication and relationship issues, separation and divorce, self-esteem issues, loss and bereavement, depression and anxiety disorders. She has a particular interest in families and parenting and how families communicate.
Judi also works as a clinical supervisor.

Therese Duggan qualified as a social worker from UCC in in 1992. She worked as a social work practitioner both in the community and in mental health settings providing care, guidance and support for those individuals and families.
She graduated from the Clanwillam Institute as a systemic family therapist in 2006 and in 2011, she graduated from Middlesex University, with an advanced Diploma in Clinical Supervision. In 2018 she graduated with a Diploma in Practice Teaching and Supervision in social work.
Her extensive experience includes working with adolescents, adults, and their families in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. From this work Therese saw the detrimental impact mental illness can have on couples , families and loved ones This work included supporting both the client and families in understanding and coming to terms with mental health difficulties and mental illness such as bi-polar disorder, psychosis, borderline personality disorder and trauma and more recently gender identity conversations.
Following on from that Therese has developed a keen interest in working with those couples' experiencing difficulties in their own relationships and also in supporting parents with all ages of children . Due to the change in the economic landscape Therese has also seen a need to support those parents, whose adult children continue to live at home into their late 20s and early 30s, in renegotiating living arrangements.
Therese also works with the Department of Education providing supervision to guidance Counsellors in secondary schools. Her supervisory practice provides supervision for other social work practitioners as well.
Therese is a registered social worker with CORU and is also a registered Family Therapist with the F.T.A.I.
