Our Managing Partner, Dr. Hermann Kresse, is a German lawyer, senior business consultant and university lecturer with long years of international experience in the advertising, print media, television, marketing, trade fair, exhibitions, events and entertainment industries. Dr. Kresse is a respected company law and consulting specialist. The Law Firm maintains highest standards of excellence and reputation for its clients. At MFSA, Malta Financial Services Authority, we are a recognized Company Service Provider for the purposes of Company Services Act, 2013. Dr. Kresse is a member of Rotary International, Rotary Club La Valette Malta. Since 2001, Dr Kresse has been admitted and registered as a German Lawyer at the Berlin State Bar. The State Bar is the regulatory authority in the EU jurisdiction of Germany, which issues the registration/authorisation to provide all kinds of legal services including the provision of company and consulting related services.
