We operated as a Proprietorship Firm until the fiscal year 1996-97. Thereafter, we converted the Firm into a corporation. On 3rd December 1997, the Registrar of Companies granted the "Certification of Incorporation" and on 18th December 1997, BSE granted the "Membership Rights" (as a Corporate entity) to the Firm. We were granted the "SEBI Registration Number" (INB 010990232) by SEBI on 31st December 1997... The Firm has acquired NSE membership (Cash Market and Futures and Options Market) since 01.09.2005, its NSE membership # being 09902. We have been granted the SEBI Registration Number (INB230990237) for Cash market and (INF230990237) for Futures and Options Market.
