The subdivision has a public sewer, streetlights, and sidewalks. Highland Ridge is a restricted subdivision and a HOA is planned. The HOA dues are $120.00 per year and will be used to pay for streetlights and maintain common areas. The HOA will be formed once all homes are complete and until then the HOA fees are paid to the developer.
