Hi there, I'm Jackie Carey, a Technical Recruiter and the fun behind Lexicon Solutions. I specialize in executive-level Software Developers and Engineers but also enjoy recruiting for roles that aren't as technical. There are many things that I love about being a recruiter: I love talking with people and hearing about their experience, I love the challenge in learning about new roles and complex technical job features, I love the thrill in finding the perfect candidate for the perfect role, but more than anything, I love hearing a candidate say they were opened to a dream opportunity that perhaps they wouldn't have come across by themselves - because of my job. I grew up in Los Angeles, CA and made the move north to Portland, OR in 2015 after my now husband took a job out this way. I immediately fell in love with Portland, and still after all the years of being here marvel over its beauty. Shortly after moving, I graduated with a degree in Sociology from National University. Some of my favorite things to do are spend time with my family, get outdoors as much as possible, and exercise - I teach a barre class and take an excessive amounts of spin classes. Hi everyone, I'm Ramsey Warren, a Sr. Technical Recruiter / Account Manager who specializes in recruiting Sr/Executive-level software and engineering professionals. I graduated from the University of Washington in 2005 with a Bachelor's in Consumer Studies and moved to Portland shortly thereafter for what I was positive would be just a yearlong stint before moving back home to the Seattle area. However, I ended up falling in love-first with the Rose City, and then with a local girl (a Duck much to my chagrin) who has zero interest in ever living in Seattle, so it looks like we are here to stay. I have been with Lexicon Solutions since 2008 and love working for a company that cares more about it's employees & clients and about being the best it can be, as opposed to just being the biggest. In my free time, I enjoy playing competitive sports, wine tasting my way across the entire Willamette Valley region with my wife Nicole, traveling to as many Husky Football games as she lets me get away with, and spending quality time with our son Brone. I joined Lexicon Solutions in September of 2013 and I firmly believe that we are the best staffing firm in the Northwest.
