Christopher Hagon

Christopher Hagon was a member of London's Metropolitan Police Force for 21 years and has been an LSS Associate since 1992. Hagon served in Scotland Yard's Royalty and Diplomatic Protection Department for 11 years and nine of those he was assigned to head the personal protection for Prince Philip. Hagon also performed protection duty for other members of the Royal Family and later was appointed as the personal protection officer to Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. In 1994, Hagon became responsible for all Royal Family close personal protection operations until he retired at the rank of Superintendent. Hagon then joined a prestigious international security consulting firm providing services to more than half of the Fortune 500 companies. As Director of Executive Protection, Hagon dealt with terrorist - related incidents - bombings and assassination treats encountered by major U.S. defense contractors and pharmaceutical companies. He also supervised product-contamination and kidnap-ransom cases. In 1988, Hagon joined Miami based Ryder Systems, Inc., the world's largest full service lease and transportation-company, as Director of Corporate Security and was responsible for many innovative and proactive programs designed to protest Ryder's 46,000 personnel and assets.

Greg Stejskal

Greg Stejskal graduated from The University of Nebraska in 1971 as a Business Major and received his Juris Doctorate from there in 1974. While attending The University of Nebraska he played both Freshman and Varsity Football. He was accepted into the FBI in 1975 and from 1995 to 2006 he served as a Senior Resident Agent for the Ann Arbor, Michigan office of the FBI. Greg was assigned to Violent Crimes, Bank Robbery, White Collar Crime, Organized Crime, Narcotics and Terrorism Squads during his career. He was a member of the FBI SWAT team from 1977 to 1998 and a Senior Team Leader from 1987 to 1998. He was a certified Rappel Master/Air Assault and an instructor of training for narcotics raids. From 1990 to 1995 Greg was case agent for a major undercover case targeting distribution of anabolic steroids which resulted in the prosecution of over 70 subjects.

James D. Hoppe

James D. Hoppe was a Special Agent of the FBI from 1982 - 2009. In 2003 Special Agent Hoppe graduated from the prestigious Department of Defense Polygraph Institute (DodPI) located on Fort Jackson in Columbia, South Carolina. Following his successful completion of the demanding DodPI curriculum Special Agent Hoppe went on to conduct hundreds of polygraph examinations in all areas under the jurisdiction of the FBI including terrorism, foreign counterintelligence (FCI), financial crimes, violent crimes and major offenders (VCMO) and screening examinations for prospective FBI employees. Upon his retirement from the FBI in 2009 Mr. Hoppe completed the requirements to become a licensed polygraph examiner in the State of Michigan. As a polygraph examiner in private practice since 2009 Mr. Hoppe has conducted polygraph examinations in numerous high profile cases in both State courts and Federal District Courts.

Jeffrey Werner

Jeffrey Werner recently completed and impressive 41 year law enforcement career as Chief of Police with Bloomfield Township, Michigan Police Department and now serves as a Senior Consultant for LSS Consulting Inc. During his career, he gained valuable expertise in criminal investigations, special event management, executive protection, crisis management, workplace violence and public relations. Werner serves on the Executive Committee with the International Association of Chiefs of Police, and President of the Southeastern Michigan and Oakland County Chiefs of Police. Two Michigan Governors have appointed Werner as a Commission Member with the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards where he obtained the position of Vice-Chair. Werner holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Madonna College in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a Master's degree in Public administration.

Ned Timmons - President

Founded LSS Consulting in 1991 after 23 years as a sworn law enforcement agent. Timmons served in the U.S. Army, 2nd Infantry Division, assigned to The Criminal Investigations Detachment in Korea. After completion of his military service, he joined Oak Park, Michigan Department of Public Safety, performing police, fire and rescue duties. In addition to Public Safety assignments, Timmons served 9 years on The South Oakland County, Michigan SWAT Team and several terms as an officer in The Police Officers Association. In 1981, Timmons received an appointment to the FBI and after completing the FBI Academy, was assigned to Detroit Division. He was assigned to bank robbery, fugitive, organized crime and drug squads while in Detroit. Timmons served 9 years on the FBI SWAT Team and acted as liaison agent to The Ontario Provincial Police. In Detroit, Timmons did extensive undercover work with motorcycle gang and drug related investigations both nationally and internationally. In the 1980's Timmons initiated a Detroit investigation spanning five years, which in conjunction with agents from Tampa, Denver, Dallas, Charlotte and New Orleans Division, resulted in the indictment and conviction of over 300 drug smugglers. Timmons spent a lengthy time undercover in the Cayman Islands on this case which led to the indictment of General Noriega and the invasion of Panama. For two years Timmons directed an international import / export corporation operating in Columbia, Venezuela, Peru & Central America. Timmons founded L.S.S. Consulting, Inc (Legal & Security Strategies) in 1991, specializing in national and international investigations, response to workplace violence, executive protection and corporate crisis management. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Hillsdale College, a Master's Degree from Michigan State University, and is certified in Homeland Security and is a certified Fraud Examiner.

Steve Flattery

Steve Flattery graduated from the University of Florida in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. He then served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force spending almost eight years in uniform. He was a Special Agent in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations leading units that worked every type of crime including fraud, drugs, counterintelligence, terrorism and general crimes. He was also a technically trained agent performing covert audio and video installations as well as Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) sweeps. In 1995, Steve joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During his FBI career, he worked fugitives, violent crimes, drugs, gangs, white collar crime and terrorism. He was a member of the Detroit FBI SWAT team from 1996 to 2005 and was the Sniper Team Leader where he was responsible for planning, leading and executing some of the FBI's most challenging arrests and searches. In 2013, he became the Senior Supervisory Resident Agent responsible for all federal crimes in the northern lower peninsula and upper peninsula of Michigan while supervising the Bay City and Marquette offices of the FBI.

William Dwyer

William Dwyer specializes in law enforcement matters and police management. Dwyer completed 23 years with the Detroit Police Department where he held the position of Commander of the Chief's Staff. Dwyer also served 7 years as head of the Detroit Police Narcotics Division where he accounted for thousands of arrest and millions of dollars in forfeited drug monies. In 1985 Dwyer was hired as Chief of the Farmington Hills Michigan Police Department and served in that position for 21 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mercy College and a Master's degree from Wayne State University and has graduated from the 97th session of the FBI National Academy.
