LONG'S-ROULLET BOOKBINDERS

Today, Long's-Roullet Bookbinders, Inc. is a family-run business. Mr. Long retired in February of 1991, and Alain Roullet purchased his share of the company, adding the name "Roullet" to the business in the spring of 1996. Eileen Roullet, Alain's wife, joined the bindery in 1982 and serves as vice-president, overseeing matters concerning customer record maintenance and accounting. Their daughter Karen, who joined them in October 1996, focuses on marketing and customer service... Our bindery began in 1975 (and was then known as Long's Bookbinders) in a small shop at 3535-C Tidewater Drive in Norfolk, Virginia. The idea was conceived by Alain Roullet and William H. Long, Jr. Thanks to a supportive community of local librarians, we became known as a reputable library binder. In the spring of 1980 the bindery expanded and relocated to 2800 Monticello Avenue, still in Norfolk. Located minutes from Norfolk's Ghent district, the bindery is easily accessible to the Hampton Roads community..
