MCR Engineering, Inc. is a civil engineering and surveying firm that specializes in land development, master planning, surveying, underground utility, water resource design, and construction administration. MCR Engineering was founded in 1997 in Manteca, California. We opened our doors with two main objectives in mind; Providing excellent service by maintaining a focus on the essential things that make our client's projects successful, and building lasting relationships with our clients that are rooted in professionalism, trust, and mutual respect... Our firm is grounded in the roots and philosophy of our late founder.
