MARTIN JAGER

Photographer Martin Jager, born and raised in Vienna lives and works in Vienna and Lower Austria. After learning photography at the "graphische" and studying media design at the university of applied science St. Pölten he started his career in the postproduction dept. of saatich&saatchi and gaind experience in high-end retouching. Further steps as an inhouse photographer in Austrian advertising agencies and as a head of photography in an publishing house focused on travel literature led him to the largest european retail concern where he built up the internal studio department and led it for nearly 7 years. Since 2017 he runs his own studio which focuses on creating impactful images for advertising and corporate communication. His main work areas are in the field of stillife and food photography, business people and tourism/hospitality.
