Chris Gibbs is Operations Director of MaxWorth Consulting Group, LLC. Mr. Gibbs received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. As a management and marketing double-major, he graduated with honors from the Darla Moore School of Business.
Having spent the last 10 years in the financial industry, Mr. Gibbs specializes in operational oversight of organizational development initiatives and has focused his efforts in the advancement of internal systems and process controls.
Chris works in collaboration with MaxWorth leadership in the development, design and monitoring of organizational infrastructure and workflow communications.

Tom Oliver is a physician advisor with Maxworth Consulting Group. Dr. Oliver has been in the private practice of urology in Winchester, Virginia and on staff at Winchester Medical Center since 1988. He was a medical staff leader in 2005 when he played a central role in the establishment of Winchester Medical's deferred compensation for call plan, which was created with the help of Maxworth Consulting Group and Horty Springer Law Firm.
Dr. Oliver received his M.D. and completed his urology residency at Queen's University School of Medicine in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Urology Association and the Virginia Urological Society. He has been and remains active in a variety of medical staff leadership positions at Valley Health/Winchester Medical Center. He has been associated with Maxworth Consulting Group since 2006.

Kyle joined MaxWorth Consulting Group in 2007 as a plan consultant and marketing specialist. Since that time, he has developed integrated communication strategies that employ a combination of delivery systems focused on the healthcare industry. His expertise includes creative project management, digital communication, brand development and client relationship management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clemson University and brings over 12 years of experience in marketing and client development to our team.
As an active member of the community, Kyle has served on the Charlotte Latin School alumni governing board and is a current member of the Clemson Alumni Association. He lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Mica.

Max Hockenberry is a Founding Partner of MaxWorth Consulting Group, LLC and co-creator of the patent pending Call-Pay Solution®. Max teaches this concept of a mutually beneficial pay for call concept which achieves hospital and physician alignment as a Guest Fellow with the Estes Park Institute, the ACHE Congress, in conjunction with the Horty Springer Law Firm, and numerous other national venues. He has 25 years of experience in incentive compensation design and related financial services.

Steve V. Worthy is a cofounder of MaxWorth Consulting Group, LLC. He has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years, and throughout his career he has had extensive experience in the design and implementation of executive benefit plans including a variety of deferred compensation arrangements.
Mr. Worthy received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, Alabama. He completed the educational requirements and attained his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation from the American College in 1984. Additionally, he received his Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) license from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards in 1990 through the College for Financial Planning.
Mr. Worthy has been a Guest Fellow at the Estes Park Institute, a participant in Horty Springer regional workshops, co-presenter for Horty Springer's national audio conference, contributor to national articles, and speaker for groups such as the ACHE Congress on Healthcare Leadership and a variety of state hospital associations.
