Bio Aaron has over 25 years of experience as a paralegal. She graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Political Science. Aaron earned her paralegal certification at Capital University Law School in Columbus. At Meyer Wilson Law Co. Aaron works closely with the firm's clients on their product liability mass tort matters. Bio Courtney Werning devotes her practice to the representation of investors who have claims against their financial professionals, investment advisers, and brokerage firms. Bio David P. Meyer is the founder and managing principal of the firm. She has worked in the legal field for over 15 years and has substantial experience in highly complex cases. Elizabeth is an integral part of the team as she provides support for the attorneys and clients through every step of the legal process from start to finish. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and Capital University Law School's paralegal program. Bio Jared joined Meyer Wilson as a law clerk in 2020 and started as an associate attorney in 2021 after being admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio. He has experience working on the firm's class action and securities arbitration cases. Jared received his B.A., magna cum laude, in history from Northern Illinois University and graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2021. During law school, he was Articles Editor for the Ohio State Law Journal and won Best Brief at the 2019 Herman Moot Court Competition. John Camillus

Bio John Camillus is a trial lawyer. His trial experience includes securities fraud and class action matters, consumer protection and commercial disputes, personal injury and medical malpractice cases, and civil rights and employment matters. He has broad experience trying civil cases in federal and state court, including arbitrations, bench trials, and jury trials. In addition to being Of Counsel to Meyer Wilson, John is a principal with his own firm, the Law Offices of John C. Camillus, LLC. Previously, John was an attorney at Cooper & Elliott, where his practice focused on representing plaintiffs in a broad range of civil matters. Prior to joining Cooper & Elliott, John was a litigator with the international law firm of Jones Day. While at Jones Day, John worked on civil and criminal matters at both the trial and appellate levels. His experience at Jones Day included the successful representation of clients in various tort, contract, criminal, and securities matters. Before joining Jones Day, John served as a law clerk for the Honorable R. Guy Cole, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. John received his law degree from Yale Law School. At Yale, John was an editor for the Yale Law & Policy Review and was named a Schell fellow. John also served as the President of the Initiative for Public Interest Law at Yale and worked with the South Asia Human Rights Documentation Centre in New Delhi, India. John received his B.A. in Philosophy from Ohio Wesleyan University, graduating first in his class. He graduated phi beta kappa and summa cum laude and was a First-Team All-Conference and First-Team Academic All-American basketball player. Layne Hilton

Bio Layne is an attorney with Meyer Wilson's Mass Tort Division. Layne graduated from Emory University School of Law, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Mount Holyoke College. Prior to arriving at Meyer Wilson, Layne worked at a boutique law firm in New Orleans, representing insurance companies, managed care organizations and consumers in suits against pharmaceutical manufacturers alleging a variety of violations, including antitrust violations, conspiracy, and fraud violations of the Racketeering Influence and Corrupt Organizations ("RICO") Act. At this firm, Layne served on several committees as part of the Plaintiffs' leadership teams in the Valsartan and Zantac multi-district litigations. Layne is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Louisiana Association for Justice. As part of the American Association of Justice, Layne has been appointed to serve on the Law School Committee, the International Law Committee, and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Matthew R. Wilson

Bio Matt Wilson prosecutes the firm's class action and mass tort cases. He serves as counsel for certified and putative classes in cases pending throughout the country involving defective products, privacy of medical information, violations of the federal telephone consumer protection statute ("TCPA"), credit problems, securities fraud, wage theft, and deceptive advertising. His mass tort practice includes representation of persons who suffer from complications stemming from defective medical devices and dangerous drugs. Matt has been court-appointed class counsel in numerous cases across the country in which the defendants were alleged to have made unauthorized calls or sent text messages to cellular telephones through the use of an automated telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice, in violation of the TCPA. The TCPA class settlements in which Matt has been class counsel total over $300 million in cash for consumers, several of which were the largest robocall settlements ever at that time. Before joining Meyer Wilson in 2006, Matt spent four years with the international law firm Jones Day, and two years prior to that with Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease LLP. During those six years, he defended many of the world's largest corporations in class actions, wage and hour collective actions, product liability cases, and a wide variety of other types of complex civil litigation.

Michael J. Boyle

Mike has also maintained a significant pro bono practice. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Mike volunteered with a free legal clinic run by Loyola University of New Orleans, in which he provided a wide range of services to displaced residents of Louisiana. Mike also served with the San Francisco Bar Association's Legal Assistance project, providing free legal assistance to low-income residents of the Bay Area. He also handles indigent criminal appeals in front of the Sixth Circuit pursuant to the Criminal Justice Act. Mike attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, where he graduated with honors in 2008. He also served as a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and was a finalist in the Keedy Cup Moot Court competition. Bio Patrick joined the Meyer Wilson team in 2021 as the Strategic Assistant to Managing Principal David Meyer. Patrick takes a results-driven approach to his work and is exceptionally well organized. Informed by his varied background, he provides executive support and manages a variety of special projects for the firm. He also directs the firm's technology operations, making great use of his passion and years of experience in the subject. Patrick earned his bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University in 2019. A sports enthusiast, he has spent time as a high school football coach and as a writer for SB Nation's "Down the Drive." He lives in Columbus with his wife, Haley, and their cat, Arya.

Richard Clark

Bio Richard works in the firm's Cleveland office and devotes his practice to personal injury and product liability mass tort litigation. Bio Steven loves being a lawyer. He considers it a privilege to fight for the rights of individuals that have been harmed by the negligence and maleficence of large corporations. Steven also loves to win. Steven helps lead the charge for complex mass tort and class action matters throughout the country. In addition to representing large classes of individuals, Steven handles single event personal injury cases, including medical negligence and product liability claims. Steven has first chair trial experience, winning multiple jury verdicts for his clients. Steven devotes a significant portion of his practice to investigating and litigating cases involving injuries attributable to failed hernia mesh. Bio As the manager of business operations, Tiffany works with outside vendors to ensure those relationships benefit the Meyer Wilson team and the clients we serve. She insures everything is running smoothly with firm's billing and accounts payable and brings her vast knowledge of tax preparation, human resources and bookkeeping to all aspects of the firm's management. Tiffany's hands-on support of the Meyer Wilson team is indispensable. Clients of the firm find her to be a helpful resource throughout the process and are able to rely on her decades of experience, especially at the resolution of their claims. Her customer service, industry knowledge and problem-solving skills have supported thousands of clients and a grateful legal staff. Tiffany received her Administrative and Accounting Certification from PCCC and studied at Columbus State. Through continuing education and on the job training, she keeps abreast of the best industry practices and latest legal technology, enabling the firm to better serve its clients. Prior to being persuaded to join the law firm of Meyer Wilson in 2010, Tiffany was employed with Jones & Company, a Lancaster, Ohio accounting firm. In her position as Staff Accountant, she acted as a consultant for a variety of small businesses, assisting them with bookkeeping, tax preparations and payroll services. A long time Columbus, Ohio resident Tiffany and her husband of thirty years, Scott, take advantage of the extensive local park system with their dog, Jake. She is a documentary and podcast junkie. Traveling and spending time with family and friends round out Tiffany's interest and she volunteers her time with her church and the Parkinson's Foundation.
