At the age of 35, Elder started his first business, now known as Micro Resorts in Northern California. Micro Resorts is now celebrating its 33rd year in successful business, which offers Landscape Architecture, Civil and Structural Engineering consulting and Design-Build services... Elder has found an opportunity in taking his talents to the next level of mastery by environmental testing the foundation on which Micro Resorts builds on its projects on so both the customer wins, but also the environment they live in. The birth of Regeneer has given this purpose a home and platform Elder has design to grow ideas from.
