MICDA

MICDA Inc is a not for profit, community based organisation that provides service to the local region. MICDA Inc has been delivering services to the local community since 1974. Services include community housing programs for individuals and families on low income, programs for seniors the disabled and those with reduced mobility. MICDA Inc also provides assistance to non-incorporated groups via funding submissions and auspice. MICDA Inc supports projects which seek to develop sustainable communities within NW Qld and is associated with numerous committees and agencies for this purpose... MICDA Inc is a community based organisation which seeks volunteers from within the local community to assist manage and support the organisation. Volunteers can apply to become part of the Management Committee, the Advisory Committees, or as a General Volunteer. All volunteers are required to become financial members of MICDA Inc so that they are covered by volunteer insurance. ($5.00 annually)
