McManus Instrument Company was founded in 1974 by Tom McManus. Mr. McManus served in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a machinist on a submarine tender at Midway Island. After the war, he continued working as a machinist until his retirement after 25 years of service with Sperry-Sun Drilling Services in Houston, Texas... Our goal is to maintain a long lasting relationship with our customers based on exceptional products and cost effective solutions to meet our customer's needs. We take all necessary measures to insure a job's success and we strive to meet and exceed our customers' expectations... We are located in the piney woods of Southeast Texas, approximately 40 miles north of Beaumont. Our facilities consist of 2 buildings comprising approximately 12,000 square feet. Our capabilities include manual and CNC precision machining utilizing state of the art equipment.
