Chris Patterson

Chris Patterson is the Vice President of the Cleanrooms division at Modular Devices. With a background in facilities, engineering, operations, and project management, Patterson brings extensive experience to his role. He joined the company on February 20th, 2023 and is focused on expanding the Cleanrooms division into the Life Sciences market to ensure business growth and development. Prior to joining Modular Devices, Patterson served as the Owner and Managing Director of Beacon Project Solutions, where he provided consultation and owner's representation for construction and facility retrofit projects. He also held the position of Sr. Director of Engineering Operations at Rubius Therapeutics, overseeing the operationalization and retrofit of a monoclonal antibody facility into a cGMP cellular therapy manufacturing facility.

GREG MINK - CEO, President

Greg has been with Modular Devices since its beginning in the mid-1980's. Having presided over the company's significant growth in the last ten years, Greg knows what it takes for a company to become the leader in the marketplace. It was Greg's vision to expand into the Cleanroom market in 2018 and today our cleanroom division, Modular Devices - Mobile Cleanrooms (www.portable-cleanroom.com) is a market leader in pre-manufactured Mobile Cleanrooms ready for use upon delivery. The next chapter of growth occurred in 2021 when Modular Devices partnered with O2 Investment Partners to provide the resources necessary to ensure Modular Devices will continue it's goals of providing high quality mobile cath labs and mobile cleanroom solutions for facilities across the country. Greg graduated from Indiana University in 1988 with a degree in Management. Pursuing a life-long interest in aviation, Greg joined the military in 1990 and flew the F-16 fighter jet for 10 years while serving in the Air Force and the Air National Guard. Greg retired from the military and went back to work with Modular Devices in 2000. Still an active pilot, Greg enjoys piloting his aircraft to destinations around the country. Greg has been married for over 30 years and he and his wife have 3 children and one grandchild. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating, pickleball and tennis. Greg Mink, Bob's son, is a second-generation owner who continues to carry on the principles of high-quality, reliability, honesty and customer service that have always set Modular Devices apart from others. Under Greg's leadership, Modular Devices has grown considerably in recent years. We have added more angiography systems and introduced electrophysiology (EP) labs to our product offering.

Mark Koers

Mark graduated from Miami University (Ohio) in 1991 with a degree in architecture. He began his career running his family business then transitioned into medical sales and sales management, holding various positions within the medical device industry. In 2007, Mark joined Modular Devices and has been directly involved in the company's rise to a market-leading mobile imaging company and, since 2018, a leading provider of mobile cleanrooms. His understanding of the marketplace, consultative approach, attention to detail and hard work make Mark a great fit for Modular Devices. He understands that selling is a collaborative effort that is done for and with the customer. Mark's approach to his work-doing things the right way with a sense of integrity-reflects the overall culture at Modular Devices. After hours Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, traveling, staying active and cycling/mountain biking (when the Indiana trails permit).

MIKE LEHNEN

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Mike Lehnen began working with the Modular Devices team in 2005 as the Service Manager and is now the V.P. of Operations. Mike is responsible for keeping the production, service, and transportation departments running smoothly.

Sarah Robison - CFO

Sarah Robison joined Modular Devices in January 2022 as our Chief Financial Officer. Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Corporate operations. Her 20+ year career has afforded her the opportunity to work in a variety of industries, with various size organizations, in both the public and private sectors as well as in a number of global markets. She has a true passion for high growth organizations, evolving technology, and ensuring strategy is executed upon. As a change advocate, she strives to work hand in hand with her peers and team members to think outside the box, dream about the art of the possible, and then work a plan to deliver the results. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandson and traveling anywhere she can. Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado Technical University and is an inactive CPA. Fun Fact about Sarah: She has been a contestant on the Price is Right with Bob Barker back in 2004.
