Andrew Karamagi is a lawyer, budding scholar, and development practitioner, with a footprint in Eastern and Southern Africa. Karamagi has co-authored in the International Journal, Agenda, and has contributed chapters to two book projects on civil society in Uganda. He contributes opinions for Uganda's leading daily newspapers and is a regular panelist on a number of the country's radio and television talk shows.

Nsia has a M.Sc in Governance and Leadership from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya and Post Graduate Diploma in Management of Foreign Relations from the Centre for Foreign Relations in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She is aspiring towards being a trainer/facilitator in the areas of gender justice,feminism and development.
