I'm Brian Murphy, founder of Murph Consulting. We combine IT expertise with human-to-human support to help our clients get back to work quickly and confidently. Before launching my firm in 2007, I spent a decade learning how I didn't want to run an IT business: I watched clients get condescended to, saw customer service tickets go unanswered and met countless office workers who dreaded calling their Helpdesks. The world of IT is filled with people who get the tech but don't care about the support.
