Alberto Sanseverino

Job Titles:
  • VP of Operations
Alberto Sanseverino has a degree in Business Administration with a major and postgraduate in Strategic Cost and Business Management. He started his journey at MyABCM in 1998 as an intern, later going through technical and consulting areas where he participated in dozens of projects in Brazil and in several other countries. Today, he is responsible for the Operations team, aligning the company ™s strategy with the execution of the various areas on a daily basis, in addition to coordinating global operations with distributors and partners.

Aleksandrs Parfinovics

Job Titles:

  • Operations Director - MyABCM Baltics
Aleksandrs Parfinovics joined MyABCM in November 2009 as Director of Operations in Central and Eastern Europe. He studied Management Accounting at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, United Kingdom) and has a degree in Economics from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Aleksander worked for 11 years at Big4 Management Consulting, and was also a co-founder of a science-based startup, which was sold to the Schaeffler Group (Germany) 5 years after its foundation. At Schaeffler Baltics, Aleksander served as Regional Chief Executive Officer. He specializes in strategy definition, financial modeling, business process improvement, activity-based costing, lean manufacturing system and startup development.

Clovis Henrique Ribeiro

  • VP of Engineering and Customer Services
Clovis Henrique Ribeiro is a co-founder of MyABCM and responsible for the Engineering group that encompasses product research and development. Previously, he was in charge of ABCosting ™s technical support and consulting groups in Latin America. With 15 years of experience in the design and implementation of Corporate Performance Management Solutions, he has been part of several ABC/M implementations in different countries, including the global pilot projects of Coca-Cola and Mobil Oil. Graduated in Information Systems from the Mackenzie University in Brazil, he has an MBA in Management from the Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, USA, where he lives with his family.

David Benattar - COO

David Benattar joined MyABCM France as Director of Operations in May 2011. He studied Finance and Management at the Paris Dauphine University and has a postgraduate degree in Finance. For 13 years, he served as a consultant in a Project Management Consulting firm, then worked for ABC Technology and became a Business Developer for SAS on the SAS ABM solution. He created MyABCM France with some partners to distribute and promote MyABCM in French speaking countries, building a specialized team capable of supporting the customer in the different stages of the projects.

Dina Aruma

Job Titles:
  • Customer Services Director - MyABCM Baltics
Dina earned her bachelor ™s degree in International Business Administration from the Concordia International University Estonia (CIUE), and her master ™s degree in Economics from the University of Latvia. Her 20-year professional experience is related to finance, IT and process improvement. She has worked for companies such as Deloitte, Lattelecom (TET) and Baltic Data. Dina joined MyABCM in 2008 and is responsible for Customer Support in the Baltic region. Her main skills include activity-based costing, process improvement, project management and budgeting.

Elaine Foresti

Job Titles:
  • VP of Administration and Finance
Elaine Foresti started her journey at MyABCM in the administrative area, which also included personnel management. Currently, she coordinates all financial and tax aspects with clients and distributors located in over 50 countries.

Francisco Corral

Job Titles:
  • Sales and Marketing Director - MyABCM Chile, Peru & Bolivia
Francisco Corral started at MyABCM in 2002 as Director of Commercial Operations in Chile, and later joined the territories of Peru and Bolivia. He graduated in Commercial Engineering from the Catholic University of the North (UCN) and has a master ™s degree in Engineering Sciences with honors in industry, and specialization in Technology and Management from the University of Chile. Francisco has a vast professional career in the financial sector (23 years), having acted as Process Manager, Operations and Technology Manager of Subsidiaries, and Branch Manager of one of the main commercial banks in Chile, in addition to having significant experience as a university professor at the University of Chile. In the last 10 years he has participated in several cost and profitability/performance projects with MyABCM, combining his experience in Processes, Technology and Performance with Cost and Profitability Management.

Gerardo Atef

Gerardo Atef has been an executive specialized in Profitability and Cost Management for over 20 years. He also has a strong track record of leading strategic management solutions to increase productivity and shareholder value-added. His projects include experience abroad and deployment in Latin America. Some of his experiences serving as a Customer Services Executive include Telefonica Movistar, Banesco PA, Cadbury Schweppes, Hutchison Ports Mexico, Disc IT Business Solutions, BFernandez Inc., Qualtia Alimentos, Medix, Brasil Telecom and Claro.

Karim Charaf

Karim Charaf joined MyABCM Middle East as Director of Operations in May 2023. Since 2004, he has been actively involved in implementing Activity-Based Costing projects. Karim holds a Ph.D. in Management Control from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in France. After completing his management studies, he started his consulting career in Paris. In 2011, Karim joined the ISCAE Group in Morocco as a full professor. Additionally, he has served as a full professor at the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon, France.

Manolo Quintana

Job Titles:

Manolo Quintana has been with MyABCM since 2005, with 17 years of experience in administration, direction and execution of strategic cost management, profitability improvement and process analysis projects in most Latin American countries and in companies in the field of services, logistics, government, telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing. He specializes in business intelligence and in the incorporation and integration of information technology.

Marek Rogusz - COO

Job Titles:
  • Operations Director
Marek has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and an MBA in Economy and Management from Warsaw Business School University. He is an expert in Cost Strategic Managing and used to be a manager in KPMG Poland before joining us to lead MyABCM throughout Poland.

Paulo Carrasco

Job Titles:
  • Global Customer Services Manager
Paulo started at MyABCM in 2018. He is a professional with extensive knowledge in Management Information System (MIS), ABC Costing modeling, Product Pricing and Profitability, Budget Process (ZBB), implementation of Efficiency Projects and Outsourced Service Management, with over 30 years of experience as an executive in the main Brazilian banks (Bradesco, ABN AMRO Real Bank, Santander and Itau BBA). He has an MBA in Finance from the Foundation Institute of Administration of the University of São Paulo (FIA-USP), postgraduate degree in Banking from the Mackenzie University, and bachelor ™s degree in Mathematics from the University of Mogi das Cruzes, in addition to several technical courses such as: Quantitative Methods, Logistics, Process Analysis, Managerial Result Analysis, and ABC Costing.

Philipp Aurich

Philipp has a degree in financial mathematics from the Technical University of Berlin. He has over 20 years of experience as a consultant in several international IT and ABC/M projects, both for the public and private sectors. He worked for a large German consulting firm and an industrial group in plant engineering. With the foundation and expansion of his own consulting firm - specialized in ABC/M consulting -, he led design and implementation projects for clients in the logistics, automotive, financial and telecommunication sectors. As an ABC/M specialist, he developed a method to use ABC/M Modeling and fully integrate the strategy, control and operation processes, including Optimized Process, Profitability Analysis and Performance Management. Since January 2014, he is the Director of MyABCM DACH (Germany, Switzerland, Austria).

Rodolpho Ramirez

Job Titles:
  • Global Head of Marketing
Rodolpho Ramirez has extensive experience in leading advertising agencies, where he honed his skills in various aspects of digital marketing. In 2005, he founded his own agency and began dedicating himself to it, through which he served clients of different sizes and segments, creating innovative and impactful campaigns. Throughout his career, Rodolpho has successfully delivered more than 150 digital marketing projects and, in 2022, he joined MyABCM as Head of Global Marketing.

Sebastian Mercau

Job Titles:

Sebastian Mercau joined MyABCM Argentina in September 2019. He studied international trade and worked for 15 years in his own company. Afterwards, he worked at Softron Argentina SA as Director-General. He specializes in financial modeling and business process control.
