Allison Constant

Allison Constant has an established career in the financial industry. Prior to joining The Tampa Bay Trust Company, she worked as an estate planner for a family office, assisting clients in developing and implementing their estate plans. Prior to that, she was the Controller of 26 subsidiary companies, managing tax reporting, human resources, and accounting. She began her career at a non-profit hospital as a Staff Accountant and quickly worked her way up to Director of Accounting. She became the youngest member of upper level management in the hospital's 80 plus year history. She was also an active member in the hospital's foundation, helping to raise funds in the mission to provide the community with quality healthcare. Allison graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida where she earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and a dedicated volunteer at the Humane Society and SPCA.

Andrew Vanderhorst - Chief Investment Officer

Andrew Vanderhorst is an integral member of the investment management team, as well as an investment analyst. He provides research, oversight and assessment of client portfolios amid the company's expanding relationships, and he is a member of the Family Office Services Team. Prior to joining the firm, he held the position of vice president and portfolio manager at Northern Trust in Tampa where he managed the investments for approximately 100 client and nonprofit relationships and was responsible for over $600 million of investable assets across public and private markets. Earlier, he served as the Financial Education Consultant for JPMorgan Chase & Co., in Chicago traveling nationwide as a subject matter expert for major retirement plan participants. Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Chicago, his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Indiana University, and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He holds the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He is a past board member of CFA Society Tampa Bay.

Ann K. Pankow

Ann serves as a main point of contact for clients and their relationship team, collaborating on their accounts, facilitating account and estate documents, distributions and more. Prior to joining the Trust Company, she was Senior Client Experience Manager for Key Private Bank focusing on ensuring her clients' wealth management plans are carried through to meet their unique financial objectives, as well as grow and preserve their assets. For more than 10 years, Ann was Trust Officer, Private Wealth Advisor at FineMark National Bank & Trust, Fort Myers, FL. At the same time, she was serving as the Economic & Financial Analyst Consultant at The World Bank - using her extensive research skills on numerous projects to analyze the expected economic and financial returns on domestic and international endeavors. Ann graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™(CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designations, and Philanthropic Solutions in Financial Planning Certificate through the Financial Planning Association. Beth Weigel - COO

Beth Weigel has more than two decades of accounting and small business management experience. She oversees the client relations team and supports the trust administration operation. Earlier in her career, Beth worked in public accounting as a senior staff accountant and earned her CPA. She worked as the controller of a family owned business, managing all phases of accounting, tax reporting, and human resources. Beth earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clarkson University and completed her accreditation through the Florida Bankers Association Trust School. She serves on the Board of The Sanibel Community Association as Co-Treasurer and volunteers at the Sanibel School.

Brian Johnson

Brian Johnson spent 35 years with international insurance broker WILLIS and its predecessors starting as an employee benefit consultant and actuary for corporate retirement programs. He then moved into executive management, retiring as President and Chief Executive Officer of Willis North America, Inc. Brian also served on the Board of First National Bank in Wichita and on the Board of USI in Valhalla NY, an insurance brokerage and consulting firm with 7,000 employees, where he chaired its Compensation Committee. He has served as Chairman of the Wichita Area Chamber of Commerce, Board Member and Treasurer of Moorings Country Club in Naples, and Vice Chairman of Habitat for Humanity of the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado. He is the immediate past president of the Grey Oaks Property Owners Association in Naples.

Carol B. Boyd

She led the way in developing the company's brand and market share in Collier County by cultivating key team members and more than tripling assets under management. Carol has devoted more than 30 years serving on boards of Collier County organizations and is a director of The Forum Club of Southwest Florida.

Carolyn Rogers

Carolyn Rogers is responsible for developing client relationships in both Lee and Collier Counties. She assists clients in identifying and prioritizing their wealth management needs. Prior to joining The Trust Company, she served as Vice President of Development and Communications for the Southwest Florida Community Foundation Collaboratory in Fort Myers, where she worked closely with trusted professional advisors and donors. Prior to serving at the Foundation, Carolyn led SimplifyPR public relations firm and was instrumental in the longstanding success of the Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest. She also guided fundraising growth at Canterbury School and the Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida at Lee Health. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication, specializing in Public Relations from University of South Florida, Tampa, FL, and certifications in public relations and philanthropy.

Craig Holston is one of The Trust Company's most long-standing investment professionals, having joined the firm in 2005. Throughout his career Craig has served in a number of leadership positions as the company experienced significant growth and expansion. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer applying his knowledge and understanding of the cohesive nature across investment management, fiduciary services, client service operations and compliance. Earlier, he served as Chief Investment Officer for three years. He has also chaired the Asset Management Committee, which oversees decisions made for each client portfolio, and chaired the Human Resources Committee, facilitating new hires. Craig joined The Trust Company as Senior Portfolio Manager following an extensive career on Wall Street as an institutional equities trader. Craig is currently the Secretary of the City of Sanibel Municipal Police Officers' Retirement Trust Fund and was the former President of both The Sanibel School Fund and Sanibel Youth Soccer.

Darryl Gordon

Darryl Gordon oversees and implements compliance and risk management standards for The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company and its divisions of The Naples Trust Company and The Tampa Bay Trust Company. His responsibilities include the monitoring of The Trust Company's strength of internal controls and audits, compliance with governing instruments, applicable laws and sound fiduciary principles. Prior to joining the firm, Gordon was a regulatory financial examiner in Tampa for the Florida Office of Financial Regulation for 17 years, which is the agency that regulates The Trust Company. Both his Certified Fiduciary & Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS®) and Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager (AFIM®) designations were earned through multi-year course work at the nationally recognized CANNON Financial Institute. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and received his degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, Florida, graduating with honors, magna cum laude.

Dena Rae Hancock

Dena Rae Hancock is responsible for developing relationships and assisting clients in identifying and prioritizing their wealth management needs. She joins The Trust Company from Golisano Children's Museum of Naples where she served as Chief Executive Officer; there she improved efficiencies in operations and outreach, and led all areas of the museum, including fund raising and delivering the educational mission. Her skills in fund development and advising major donors on gifting is a natural transition into the wealth management arena. Dena Rae is a native of Indiana where she served as Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Marian University and earlier as Chief Campaign Officer at Indianapolis Zoological Society. A graduate of Indiana University, Dena Rae is the incoming President of the National Varsity Club Board, Chairs the Women's Excellence committee and recently chaired the Women's portion of the University's $3,000,000,000 dollar fundraising campaign. Prior to founding Craddock Family Office, Hood served as president of Latt Maxcy Corporation in Lake Wales, Florida where he was responsible for operating results in the areas of investments, citrus, cattle and real estate. James Pigott

Jim Pigott spent the majority of his career at Paccar, Inc. manufacturing large industrial products - first in the structural steel business and later producing heavy duty highway trucks. A strong proponent of civic philanthropy, Jim became involved in several capital campaigns with a particular focus in education and health. Jeffrey A. Muddell

Jeff Powers is an avid entrepreneur and founder of several organizations focused in the Animal Health industry including Bay Medical Solutions, a National wholesale distributor of pet medications. John Brabson

John Burden served as the Chairman of Federated Department Stores and Allied Department Stores, as well as Federated's Abraham & Straus division. He was also the President of Federated's Burdines Department Store division in Florida. John continues to be a consultant to the industry and serves on regional and national retail boards.

Earlier, as a principal of Spencer International Advisors, Inc., of Clearwater, she was Series 65 licensed and responsible for building client relationships, conducting investment research and serving on the investment committee. Krista is committed to the Belleair community, having served on the Silver Coffee committee benefiting Children's Home Society, is a member of Skip Cline Society of the Morton Plant Mease Foundation, a graduate of Leadership Pinellas and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Clearwater/Dunedin. Logan S. Webb

Logan Webb has more than 15 years of experience as a portfolio manager and investment analyst. Logan served for several years at Bank of America Private Bank (U.S. Trust) as a senior portfolio manager in Texas managing both individual and institutional client accounts valued at more than 1 billion dollars. Megan Marquardt

Megan Marquardt brings more than 20 years of experience serving trust and investment clients. Her responsibilities encompass understanding her clients' financial and estate planning needs and collaborating with a dedicated team on how best to apply the company's resources to reach their goals. Megan joined The Trust Company from Busey Wealth Management of Fort Myers, FL having served as a Senior Vice President and Private Wealth Advisor to high-net-worth families. She previously had a long tenure with FineMark National Bank & Trust in Southwest Florida, where she held several roles - the most recent as a Private Wealth Advisor. Originally from Cleveland, OH, Megan attended Indiana University where she earned a bachelor's degree in finance, followed by the University of Miami, where she received her Certificate of Financial Planning. She also served as a Project Manager and Consultant to Oracle and PeopleSoft in Northern California for several years. Pam Iorio

Pam Iorio is the former two-term Mayor of Tampa (2003-2011) and most recently retired from Big Brothers Big Sisters of America as their president and CEO in 2021. She has been in public service since age 26 when she won a seat on the Board of County Commissioners for Hillsborough County, FL. In 1992 she was elected for the first of three terms as the county's Supervisor of Elections and she served as the president of the State Association of Supervisors of Elections in 1999. Peter Knize, J.D. is a member of the Trust Administration team specializing in Estate Settlement. Prior to joining the firm, Peter served as Senior Vice President of Trust Services at Investors' Security Trust of Fort Myers, Florida where he worked with clients to create estate planning and tax strategies designed for their specific needs. Dick Pyle is a long-time Sanibel-Captiva resident and Past President of The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company. Other business interests include his family's ownership interest in the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team for over 50 years. Terry Igo joined The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company at its inception in 2001 on Sanibel Island. He was instrumental in growing the initial client asset base, (now more than $3.6 billion), followed by a successful expansion into Naples and then to the Tampa Bay region in 2010. Since assuming the CEO position in 2013, Terry has grown the Florida footprint to also include Belleair Bluffs and Tarpon Springs. In addition to directing company-wide operations, Terry serves as a member of the Asset Management Committee, the Risk Management Committee, Strategic Planning, and the Board of Directors. He has served as advisor to many Florida non-profit organizations, assisting with capital and planned giving campaigns and increasing awareness of philanthropic giving. Terry currently serves on the Straz Center for the Performing Arts Board of Trustees and is a Board Member of The Dysautonomia Project in Tampa Bay. He is also past chairman and founder of the Go Red for Men of Tampa Bay - American Heart Association, and a past trustee of Hodges University. Tiffany Sikes O

She joined The Trust Company from Creative Planning, Inc., Tampa, FL - an independent wealth management firm where she served as Private Wealth Manager at the national level, working directly with high net worth prospects and clients by building a financial plan and coordinating their personalized team based on the client's needs.
