Christine Bristol

Christine oversees TRID operations at Northeast Home Loan, which encompasses initial disclosures (LE), revised disclosures and closing packages (CD). A proud graduate of the University of Vermont, Christine became NEHL's TRID Supervisor just over a year ago, but her tenure with the company is 19 years strong.

Cindy Castine

Job Titles:
  • SVP, Mortgage Operations
Cindy manages the mortgage operations area of Northeast Home Loan. This includes a team of seasoned underwriters and loan processors with an average of 20 years of experience as well as the TRID and closing team. She has been in the mortgage business for 28+ years and has been with Northeast Home Loan for over 13 years. Cindy assists our partners in structuring deals, clarifying product and agency guidelines, or figuring out if a loan might fit into our portfolio when all else fails. Cindy is VA SAR and DE approved.

Dave Johndrow

Dave leads the charge for developing new business relationships for Northeast Home Loan. His main job responsibility is finding and developing new relationships across New England. With 12 years of loan origination and banking experience, Dave joined NEHL in February of 2021. Dave generates mortgage loan business from partners (new and established), while also developing and managing NEHL's sales, marketing, and communication strategies.

Gregory W. Vilardo - SVP

Greg is responsible for supporting the strategic plan and carrying out NEHL's plan for future growth, financial strength, and regulatory compliance. He manages the Finance and Compliance department's day-to-day operations, establishing policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. Greg joined NEHL in 2021 and has been working in the banking industry for over 10 years and previously public accounting for 12 years.

James Wilson - CEO, President

As President and CEO, Jim oversees all aspects of Northeast Home Loan's banking activity. An accomplished mortgage banking veteran with a proven track record in all facets of mortgage banking, Jim has been leading NEHL since 2020. Jim's background includes senior levels of responsibility with international, national and regional banks managing multiple lending platforms. He has a history of strong affiliations with mortgage banker associations, chairing multiple committees for the National Mortgage Bankers Association throughout his nearly 30-year tenure. He has been an active member of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association for nearly 40 years.

Jay Ebbighausen

Jay has 40 years of experience in all aspects of financial services, including the past 13 years with Northeast Home Loan. He currently oversees compliance, audits, quality control, appraisal processing and post-closing. Jay's outstanding knowledge and understanding of the complex and ever-changing compliance and regulatory landscape is invaluable to Northeast Home Loan.

Lisa Damian

Lisa's diverse role encompasses overseeing the Company's broker support, information technology and project management teams. Lisa also works closely with the sales and new business development team to support the onboarding and training of new partners. She is also responsible for managing the company's servicing portfolio. Lisa has 30+ years of experience in mortgage banking and has been with Northeast Home Loan since the day the company opened for business in 2000.

Sherry Snow

Sherry wears many hats for NEHL. She is an experienced VP/Controller with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. She is skilled in all ME financial statements, general ledger, payroll, budgeting, MBA, NMLS, & state reporting, and audit preparation. Sherry has 32 years of experience in mortgage banking, including 21 years with NEHL. She is responsible for ensuring all accounts are allocated and appropriately documented. She oversees fixed assets, accounts payable, journal entries, cash management functions, and account reconciliations. Strong accounting professional with 20+ years experience.

Tina Johnson

Job Titles:

Tina has more than 29 years of experience managing all aspects of secondary markets including sales, pricing, hedging and pipeline management. Tina also has developed and maintained excellent relationships with Freddie and Fannie as well as our private aggregators. Tina is a team member who has been with NEHL since it all began in 2000.
