J Lesker Group which settles on superiority of the Asian semiconductor development and unifies Mr. K.T Lee's semiconductor cultivation policy ; Mr. Mark .C Lesker and Mr. W.F feng unifies elites in semiconductor field and establish Orient Service Co;Ltd in 1982. The O.S.C agents K.J.L's vacuum parts 、 vacuum system、chiller and CDO thermal wet type scrubber which usual used by semiconductor manufacturer. The O.S.C established R&D department and obtained U.S Conquest Tek. technology transfer in 1996 . The O.S.C product scrubber which was the first assembled by Chinese in 1998 , the scrubber created stir in Taiwan semiconductor field .
