Building on the principles of the Pioneer Network, providers, educators, advocates, state agencies and many others founded MOVE in 2005. MOVE is one of many coalitions striving to implement the principles of the Pioneer Network, a national advocacy organization committed to changing the culture of aging in America. MOVE has helped many long-term care providers in Oregon make the "culture change" journey... We are dedicated to culture change by enhancing the way care and services are delivered to older adults throughout Oregon. Our goal is for all people to live in communities where each person's capabilities and individuality are affirmed and developed regardless of setting.
