Each of our wines are produced in small case lots, hand picked, hand sorted and lovingly babysat to fruition... Located in the Applegate Valley wine country. A boutique winery producing limited, award winning, estate bottled, premium champagne and still wines. This appellation produces wines of intense character and complexity. We specialize in private label champagne, and wines for celebrations and events. On-site catering for events and weddings... "Our first release, the 2003 Tempranillo, was comprised of 98 cases," he adds. "We just bottled our 2004 Tempranillo a few weeks ago (185 cases). We are anticipating that this wine will be available in August of 2007. We are committed to barrel-aging our wine for 24 months in oak and then following up with another year of bottle-aging before release."
