Julia Zhu has a passion for unleashing the potential of individuals and teams in organizations. She is very experienced and skillful in creating and facilitating learning and development processes for leaders, teams and organizations by connecting concrete business development tasks and personal/leadership development simultaneously.
She has worked in corporate for 27 years in the United States, Taiwan, China, Scandinavia & UK. Her professional fields cover business development, accounting, auditing and taxation, operations and logistics, risk management, learning and development, Organizational Development Consulting.
During the last 8 years Julia has been fully immersed herself in the Organizational Development and worked with many MNC and Top Chinese companies. Her deep cross cultural working experiences and exposure have enabled her to bring western tools & frameworks with Ancient wisdom together for holistic and practical application development for individuals, teams and organization.
As one of the earliest ICF certified coach in China, Julia has been providing personal and leadership, team, group coaching since 2002. Many managers and leaders have benefited from her individual and/or team coaching and successfully managed transitions and transformation, leadership and performance development, and more fulfilling about work and life.
Leda is a leadership and executive development partner and founder at UAB L-CON Global, a partner trainer at Coaching Development (London) and at the Professional Effectiveness Management Institute (China).
As a leadership and executive coach, trainer and director of boards she has supported many companies in implementing important changes and achieving sustainable business results.
Over the last four years she served as Chair, Vice Chair and Director of the Global Board of the International Coach Federation. In these roles she was responsible for more than 130 countries.
Currently she is the Head of Leadership Module of the Executive MBA programme at the ISM Executive School, a leadership development partner and founder at UAB L-CON Global, partner at the Management Institute of Finland, trainer at Coaching Development (London) and PEMI (China).
Leda has worked in the field of human development, organisational development and communication since 1997. She has worked in many countries across generations and cultures, communicating in five languages.
She has years of experience working with the financial sector, supporting banks and other industries in robust change processes during and after the financial crises.
She has conducted extensive research in the field of human resource development and corporate coaching, sharing her findings to make various types of leadership approaches and coaching interactions more effective and sustainable.
In 2006 she was awarded one of the highest presidential awards, The Knight's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary for developing and facilitating cultural and economic relations between Hungary and Lithuania.

Meryl's coaching draws on 20 years of corporate consulting, marketing, management and facilitation expertise. Most relevant are her experiences as a senior executive at two international firms (Hill & Knowlton, Inc., global public relations and public affairs, and Louis Harris & Associates, global public opinion and market research experts) and as an entrepreneur (she founded a marketing consulting business in 1986 to serve companies in technology, banking, publishing and others.
Renée is a veteran corporate executive who has led global sales, marketing, human resource, and talent management organizations. As a leader she has relied on her coach training and capabilities to engage organizations to thrive and achieve results. As a human resources and talent management leader, she has served as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leadership. While at Verizon and MCI, she designed innovative coaching programs-both of which were recognized by the International Coaching Federation as winners of the International Prism Award.
In 2020, she joined the International Coaching Federation as the Vice President of ICF Coaching in Organizations, a new business unit dedicated to the global advancement of coaching in organizations.

Suzi Smith brings over 25 years of experience in facilitating behavioral change in others to her training and coaching practice. Her work takes her to many parts of the world, including Asia, Europe, Mexico and South America. She coauthored Beliefs: Pathways to Health and Well-being: The New Technology of Achievement and has produced a series of audio products. Suzi is known for quality and excellence in providing real world skills that are practical and useful in both the training and coaching contexts.
