has extensive professional experience across a broad spectrum of planning processes. He has worked in professional planning posts since 1990 and became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 1993. Graham has worked extensively in both Development Management and Planning Policy disciplines within both private and public sectors. This experience provides a sound base from which PES delivers effective and informed planning services and solutions to new and returning clients, from private individuals through to national organisations.
