The founder, Wei Ching Chih, was born on April 15th, 1955 in Baihe Dist., Tainan City and graduated from KUAS with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked for AirAsia and Tientai, and has nearly 40 years of experience in the thermal spraying (welding) industry. The founder's emphasis on customer benefits and employee welfare has enabled his company to grow and create value for partners as well as the well-being of employees and shareholders.
