While we endeavour to provide well-maintained equipment, you acknowledge and agree that PuntoTours shall not be responsible for losses, direct or indirect, that result from your use of PuntoTours equipment, whether as a result of mechanical failure or any other cause... During each day's ride we provide, depending on the region and availability, fresh fruit, sweet and salted snacks, food supplements and isotonic powders or tablets and of course, water... You must notify us of any medical issue that may impact your cycling, or be of concern in an emergency. To the extent that PuntoTours can provide such information to relevant persons in the event of an emergency PuntoTours will not assume responsibility or liability for any outcome.
