Johannes-Georg Voll

Attorney Johannes-Georg Voll is a business lawyer with several decades of legal experience in addition to practical knowledge as chairman of a stock company, member of the board of directors, and manager of an operating business. Voll is Certified Compliance Officer (SHB). Voll graduated with his Abitur from the Jesuitenkolleg St. Blasien before serving his basic military service in Mannheim. In 1991, he successfully completed his law studies at the Ludwigs-Maximilians University in Munich. During his studies, he was already creating Europe's first soccer manager game with his partner Konstantin Urban under the name of "kicker-Managerspiel" together with the "kicker" sport journal. Immediately following his second state examination in 1995, Voll founded his own law firm in his hometown Karlsruhe and in 1998, expanded the firm together with partners to a mid-sized law firm specializing in IT, corporate, and tax law. In 2001, Voll left the law firm in order to serve first as managing director, later as CEO and shareholder of the adisoft AG. Here, he gained operational experience in leadership and management in a 110-worker company with locations in Karlsruhe and Berlin. In 2008, Voll took on the law firm of his father Lic. jur. Franz Voll, specializing in the comprehensive support of small and medium-sized transactions, as well as a very individual consultancy and support for entrepreneurs and companies in Germany and Europe. Voll continues to serve as member and chairman of the board of directors. Voll is committed to social activities including being chair of the non-profit Werner-Stober Foundation and the non-profit association Freude Schenken e.V., both in Karlsruhe and member of the Federal executive board of the Wirtschaftsrat Germany.
