Doug began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP where he was an Assurance and Advisory Business Services Manager for many years. He joined RAC in 2001 as Controller where he showed leadership and management qualities and was ultimately promoted to VP and CFO where he is responsible for the compliance of corporate financial, controls and administrative policies.

Eddie Rivers

Eddie is an expert in the use of Revit, NavisWorks and other software tools to streamline construction through early detection of incongruences between architects, MEPs and other building disciplines. He is responsible for the research, development, implementation, and support of advanced BIM/VDC Technologies. Eddie has oversight of integrating BIM models from each design discipline into a consolidated model, extracting quantities performing conflict analyses, compiling clash reports, creating virtual mock-ups and facilitating collaborative work environments. He is also responsible for integrating BIM with project management software, optimizing work-flows, and the accessibility of construction data. Eddie has a proven track record of the successful completion of intricate project drawings and construction documents.

Jerry Kozar

Jerry joined Roy Anderson Corp in 1994 leading the preconstruction staff for a $300M+ project. Once completed, he transitioned to the Estimating/Preconstruction Department located in the corporate office. Jerry specializes in conceptual estimating, value engineering and the bid process. Jerry is responsible for estimating tasks through all phases of preconstruction and construction activities including the evaluation of construction alternatives and the solicitation and preparation of bid packages.

Leonard Ash

Job Titles:

Leonard's construction career began as an electricians apprentice before moving into project management, first for an electrical company, then a general contractor. Leonard has worked on military installations throughout the country and is familiar with the FAR and other base specific rules and regulations that must be followed to complete a project successfully. As a Project Executive, Leonard is responsible for the overall management of the project including buy out, subcontracts, scheduling, logistics, quality control and safety.

Martin Shows

Martin began his career as a General Laborer for a large construction company. After showing remarkable initiative, he was promoted to Assistant Superintendent, then Superintendent over time. Martin earned the respect of his peers and sharpened his skills as a Superintendent for 20+ years before being promoted to Field Operations Manager then to VP. Martin's primary responsibility is to provide oversight to field operations from preconstruction to post-construction. With a thorough knowledge of construction means and methods, managing budgets, schedules and relationships, Martin handles the big picture and the critical details with equal skill and is essential to the success of every project.
